Best way to create proposals
Comentarios: Transformed our sales process. On a bigger, much more expensive platform it used to take me 1-2 hours to create basic proposals compared to what I can do now in a matter of minutes for 6-figure projects.

Quickest way to create beautiful high-closing proposals
Comentarios: Fantastic. I've noticed it's increased the speed of generating proposals for clients, and always gives a great professional impression.

It's so easy to use and super quick to create a proposal without having to worry about making it look good. The tool does it all for you. You just plug in your data, add some pre-formatted sections, and boom you're ready to go. The live link is great and impressive to clients rather than sending a PDF.

There was one bug that I had that made a proposal of mine not load, but I reached out to support and they fixed it within the hour.

Their Promise of Quick Proposals is Real & the Software is Amazing
Comentarios: We are creating proposals for standard and semi-standard services faster, and the service offerings are more consistent. It seems like it's a smooth and professional experience for customers.

The ease of use, ability to duplicate and make minor changes to existing proposals, and their template and content library features are on-par or better than the competition. The proposal system is inexpensive, robust, and feature-rich.

The pricing section could need a few tweaks, but nothing that is a big deal. The system meets our needs.
Rocky start at first but ...
Comentarios: Experience started out great. Set up a proposal fast without issue. My client got it fast and responded fast, no issues. However I got a message saying that my Paypal billing had not gone through. I found out later that I had used the wrong card with the wrong security code and it got denied. So we fixed that, but we still could not rebill the plan. Contacted customer support, they were very fast to respond (AWESOME, Ive had issues in the past were it took 4 - 5 days for other companies customer support to respond, so this was great!) We started going back and forth on email, but then moved our conversation to their chat window (seamlessly done) We got to the bottom of the issue and it was fixed. We spent about 20 minutes on the issue, but did everything they could. The customer support rep was friendly, very helpful, and easy to work with. Also loved that you could use emojis and gifs to interact! Which made it a little more entertaining. It was midnight their time, and they still responded so quickly, so it tells me they respond 24/7, which again is awesome. Cant say enough about their customer support. Great job!

Easy to use, everything is almost done for you. Customizable. Easy for clients to get the proposal, review it, sign it, and return it. You get notifications when the client opens the email, and when they approve or decline it. You can then go back in and edit or change the proposal to what they want. They keep a running list of your proposals.

I had issues with the billing, most of it was my fault, I had to spend some time with their customer support to get the issue figured out and they got us back on track. I'll go into more details below.

Comentarios: There are many other functions I love about Prospero but overall I love 1. presents so professionally 2. ease of navigation 3. tailoring is easy done 4. saves me time which means I have MORE time to focus on getting to the creative grind!! I don't use Prospero for every project as some are smaller once off gigs so I utilise Prospero for those larger more detailed projects that I REALLY want to work on & I very much believe that it is contributing to my landing of client projects !!

I LOVE Prospero , ever since using this proposal based site I have been able to showcase my "quotes" in a more detailed, professional & streamlined format. The ease of use is incredible & prior to using Prospero I was writing up all my own individually which was extremely time consuming , yes I know , im so old school! But ever since Prospero came into my life I have been able to save time , the importing function allows me to grab sections from previously created proposals & pop into new proposals - of course every project is different but you do have those particular components that are relevant so this function is amazing! I love how you can download in PDF format to print off I can keep one hard copy for myself & present the other to my client when attending a meeting, so they not only have the online version they also have hard copy for their own files too! The pricing system gives you choice, you can detail the information about each service & if you're shit at math it does the calculations for you :)

There is nothing negative to state. When I did encounter a small issues with text over lapping , I got in touch with the team via email & they responded very quickly! I sent them a couple of screenshots, they communicated back & forth for a couple of emails & they got the issue sorted! Real people, no robots & extremely efficient ! 10/10

Comentarios: I love this software. I didn't stay on the free version long because I knew it was the game changer I needed for my business, and now I'm sending out more professional quotes/proposals.

I appreciate the templates to create a proposal since I am not a design-minded person. I still got to make a proposal and add branding, but I didn't have to overthink getting started. I love that I can see how long a client has reviewed a proposal and can get their signature right away.

I didn't immediately know how to take advantage of the library and add paragraphs that will be in every proposal, so I retyped quite a bit before I figured out the time hack.

Comentarios: I have been using Prospero for over a year now to manage and send all proposals to my clients. Before I used to spend hours crafting proposals for clients. Ever since we moved to Prospero, we are crafting proposals right after our meetings. Most importantly the clients find it easy and straight forward to read. And for us, we get to track our acceptance rate without issues.

I like how easy it is to used, and since I can save my own templates from previous projects, I can organize them better. Also, the clients find it very easy to use and sign!

Maybe if the UI allowed me to edit more and customize my layout more will be helpful, but not a big deal tbh.

I love this software, it's simple to use and does the job I need it to. It makes your quotations look professional and knowing the info is so easy to access from the cloud when I need it really helps.

Can't fault it really. But if I could have one thing it would be that I could have a generic quote that would automatically replace the client's name throughout. At present, you can clone an old quote but then you have to go through the whole document and replace the references to the client you cloned the quote from.

I am a small business and often the clients I work with have their own contracts or proposals. However, sometimes I am required to create a proposal for a smaller client or piece of work. I find this a bit daunting as it's far away from my area of expertise. The customer service I have received has been friendly and speedy.
Prospero offers me an affordable, easy to use, trustworthy service.

Editing templates rather than writing new proposals is much easier for me. Previewing the proposal as the client would see it is great. Makes proposals look slick and easy to brand for myself if needed. No jargon or confusing language.

I can't express enough how easy it is to put together a proposal for someone who doesn't really enjoy doing them!

Quick, easy and effective proposals that stand out.
Comentarios: I get more proposal approvals in a faster timeframe than when I created proposals manually using pdf and waiting for clients to manually signing, scanning and sending them back to me.

It's so easy to use, love the templates to give me ideas for laying out and wording my proposals. Clients love being able to sign and approve the proposals online.
