Simple to use for both businesses and clients. Lots of extra features to suit your brand/company. You only pay for what you need and you can swap and change it monthly. Everything you need in one place.

My only complaint would be that the client messaging system can sometimes be slow. So there can sometimes be a delay receiving messages.

I was offered a great starting deal for this software after switching over from a competitor so was able to access all the 'bolt ons' I needed for a very reasonable price. The customer service was very quick and helpful whenever I needed it and my customers said it was a very easy system to use

Once the offer period had expired some of the additional items that were handy to have but not essential made it a bit expensive. Also setting up the schedule was a bit fiddly to start but once done it was easier

Tried this software for a couple of years
Comentarios: This software did not suit my business. Customers sighed a sigh of relief when I ditched it.

It was cheap. The support initially was useful. It allowed class swaps which at the time my existing software didn’t.

I swapped to different software after a few years as I got complaints on a weekly basis about gymcatch. I spent time with the team at gymcatch going through my account to see if there was a way to simplify, or if I’d made a mistake setting things up, but Gymcatch said I had everything set up the way it should be. It caused me constant weekly problems and was a time suck, and I realised I was losing new trade; new customers gave up trying to book with Gymcatch. In general, my customers disliked Gymcatch and moving software has been a great decision for the business. Within 3 months of leaving Gymcatch and moving to TeamUp, all the spaces in my classes are now filled, so taking the risk of a more expensive software has paid for itself several times over already. Unless you have a very small and simple business, I would suggest steering clear of Gymcatch. I think trying to save money with cheap software cost me money in the long term.

Having reviewed what correspondence was raised (especially given timings), it looks as if the use of the Private Access facility (gating who can see sessions to book), was likely the issue and one that either through configuration or communication to you we could / should have resolved. Gymcatch has been a game changer for me as a yoga teacher. I started using it for my lockdown yoga classes as I was trying to keep track of class attendance and payments manually and it was hurting my brain. It was so easy to set up and schedule classes and has made it incredibly easy for clients to book on to my classes, cancel, get refunds etc. And the customer service is second to none, I get responses to any questions I have so quickly!I couldn't recommend it highly enough. It's great value for so many features. Thank you for making my yoga teacher life so much easier!

A google trams call was arranged to go through all the parts that I needed help with and now I know what I need to do to set up this new system in a way that works for my business. Best Customer Service!!!
Comentarios: This software has allowed me to seamlessly run my business from scheduling to accounting. It has given me so much of my time back, I don't need to spend hours on admin anymore because of this. It is very user friendly and it did not take my customers long to get the hang of it. The best part has to be the customer support. If anything ever goes wrong or one of my customers needs assistance beyond my control, the support team are absolutely amazing. I never have to panic as they respond instantly via a live webchat and no issue ever goes unresolved. They are so well trained and knowledgable about all ends of the software. It is so refreshing to ask for help and actually receive exactly what you need. 10/10 would recommend. The return for what you pay for is next to none!!

Superb customer service
Comentarios: The customer service is incredible, the response time to queries is very fast indeed and the software is constantly being updated to provide increased functionality. Every time I think of something that might be useful, I drop them an e-mail and lo and behold, they have already thought about it and will be bringing it out in their next update. Top notch service! :)

I found the booking system easy to set up, I like the options of the different packages that you can offer. The participant information is great and I found a way to gather all the information needed to meet my insurance requirements without having to ask participants to upload a separate document. It is so easy to duplicate a class to make it recurring. The gift option is brilliant for giving away loyalty classes.

Some of my participants found it a bit tricky at first but they all find it very easy to use now.

Best booking software out there!
Comentarios: Gymcatch is an efficient and affordable booking system which looks very professional. I have had very positive interactions with the directors and found that they are genuinely passionate about making their system work best for their clients and their businesses. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] are very responsive to feedback and are constantly working to make sure the system evolves to meet our needs (such as adding Zoom links when many of us had to move our businesses online).

As an administrator, I like the fact that users have the choice of logging in via the app or the website, as some of my clients don’t use smartphones. I love that the same software can enable me to offer packages of classes to be used within a time limit as well as courses that run weekly for a certain length of time. This gives me the flexibility I need for my business model.

Initially I didn’t like that there was no Courses feature for block bookings, but this has now been added and works very well for me and my clients.

I have to be using the online version on a desktop to access all features. Keeping track of class passes is actually quite difficult. If someone cancels and is eligible for refund, I have to remember to go in and manually refund as the system does not do it for you.

Comentarios: I wouldn't be without it now. I set up my Gymcatch business account during the Pandemic and it met my needs perfectly. Despite now being back to "normality" I wouldn't revert back to cash payments and paperwork. The features it provides make my life much easier

Some of the essential features are additional bolt ons. It would be nice if these were included, but I understand why they're not. From an admin point of view I find it easier to use from the website on my laptop rather than through the app on my phone. The reverse is true from a user-participant perspective.

A great booking system for my classes
Comentarios: Very good customer service and how they are always looking to improve, add and stay up to date with their system to make it better for customers. Easy for clients to use and has the features I need.

The integration of Zoom so clients can book everything in one place. Memberships and passes to offer. Easy for clients to use.

You have to sometimes go forwards and back to find what you are looking for. On demand I do not use and have to use a different way to get on demand videos to clients as this doesn't work for me on GymCatch as too complicated and not easy for clients to access. Sending YouTube links has been easier for me. It would be good if there was a portal or easy access area for clients who are on a specific membership or want to purchase on demand, to access recorded content.

I was very sceptical about setting up a booking system and wasn’t too sure how my class participants would find using the software. It’s been SO easy for me, and more importantly for them! With 40+ participants attending classes during lockdown, Gymcatch has been invaluable.

The only problem that I’ve had is when sending a group email to all participants booked on a session, for some reason, I have two clients who don’t receive the emails, they did to start with and both say they haven’t changed any of their settings.

Simple to use, loads of features and the best value for money out there!
Comentarios: Great experience. Nothing put positive feedback from our instructors in regards to the price, how well the software fits in with their business, and how supportive the Gymcatch staff are. Most of our instructors previously used other online booking platforms and have not looked back since making the switch to Gymcatch.

Simple to get the hang of. - We (Boogie Bounce) have over 600 instructors in the UK and many have moved onto the Gymcatch platform. The best for value out there - Loads of add-ons available which allow you to tailor exactly what you are getting from the platform. Amazing support from the team - All of our instructors are instantly assisted with any queries they have.

Weren't initially able to gain as much client information as we would have liked from the software, however this has now been addressed and we couldn't be happier.

Very easy to use & value for money

It's easy to use and create templates for class & appointments. It really is a inexpensive booking system that integrates well. The app is good too and my clients find it easy to to use as well.

The app is missing 1 feature that irritates me and that is the ability to add clients from my followers and deduct from their passes and the opposite. Cancel clients off and remind their passes. It can be diwn on the desk top version which means I have to get out my laptop or even go through their website on my phone.. but it's a minor inconvenience.

Great fit for my transformed business
Comentarios: My business was transformed by covid and required to change to an online paradigm. Mindbody tried to evolve but did not meet our needs. Karmasoft has Zoom integration but is buggy and a debacle for us and our customers. GymCatch appealed to me at first because of its simplicity. GymCatch’s customer-centric paradigm was so different from MindBody, it was difficult to get used to. After a short time, this customer-centric paradigm made sense and was a perfect match for my transformed business. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been terrific at providing support. GymCatch is solid and I am glad I made the switch.

Fantastic option for small fitness business
Comentarios: The product was fantastic for my small fitness business as it also provided a professional interface to interact with my clients. Most importantly, the customer service was exceptional with super fast response times that always helped me solve any issues.

Creating an easily accessible booking system which significantly reduced by admin time as it seamlessly integrated with payment systems.

I had difficulties imbedding the software with my website but in the end I just directed clients to the app and that worked just as well as if I had integrated elsewhere.

If I needed to cancel/change classes I updated Gymcatch and my customers received notification.

Gymcatch has been so easy to use for me and my customers. I am not very tech savvy and Gymcatch is very easy to set up and navigate around. Setting up my classes, making them recurring, the booking system,etc 👍🏽 No hidden charges. Advance notice of subscription payment. Cancellation at anytime. The support from the Gymcatch team is excellent.
