Best tool for sharing feedback with your team and clients
Comentarios: Fronter just changed the way we get feedback from our clients and share it to the team. Saves lot of time in sharing the feedback. Now i don't need to check and follow up with clients for feedback.
Puntos a favor:
These just eliminated the need of emails with the long list of changes in the website from the client and sharing the same with our team, our client now click on the site where he needs a changes and writes a comment or uploads a file or image which has to be replaced, now the best part add your team to the project now he will be seeing all the comments from the client so he can start working on it, without me sharing all the feedback from the client again and again. Emails make a mess, fronter just makes it easy to track the comment is resolved or not. This is the only tool I recommend to any agency building websites or making graphic designs.
Puntos en contra:
Works well for now, hoping to get more integrations link google drive and other cloud storages so we can eliminate the need of uploading the files.
My clients love the workflow of fronter and I do too.
Comentarios: I am very happy. It does what it says. Simpel intuitive and easy to use.

Once I add a website I can instantly share it with my client. They give feedback and we are done. We can also keep track of everything. I am very happy with this.

There are still a few usability issues in the backend/administrator part. Sometimes things are not logical, for instance; If you have no projects actively running it just shows a white screen, I submited a support ticket and they were happy to help me out and point me in the right direction

Comentarios: I'm very pleased and it has saved me hours and I now get very specific feedback that's actually useful as compared to it being vague previously.

I'm a freelance UX Designer which means I have to constantly get feedback on my projects from clients. However my previous process of doing so was so bad, it used to take me almost a week to go back and forth with screenshots and emails, and still I wouldn't get clarity about the feedback because it will be all over the place. Now with fronter this process is such a bliss! I simply just share a link to my clients and they can leave feedback visually & leave comments on my designs instead of the messy screenshots.

Initially, there were a few bugs but I was very impressed with the team who resolved those in a matter of hours.
