La poca originalidad, ya que las funcionalidades las tienes el 90% de los demás software de comunicación y la falta de integraciones.

Air Send, novedosa herramienta para equipos de Trabajo

Puntos a favor:

El producto es muy fácil de usar, intuitivo, posee todas las herramientas en una misma plataforma ...en las que en el resto se deben abonar por separado.

Puntos en contra:

Alguna vez encontramos que desaparecían los archivos almacenados . Entiendo que ya lo han Solucionado.

Easy to use colloboration tool

Puntos a favor:

Its user interface is clean and intuitive. Loads fast in all the majors browsers. Free plan has generous features.

Puntos en contra:

More features could be implemented such as dark mode, 2FA, multi-cloud integration to expand the storage limits, web hooks etc.

It is easy to use and lets you edit wiki files.

The calling feature isn't well developed. The mobile app keep shutting when I try opening my messages.

Airsend - Clean. Intuitive. Innovative & Easy to Use.

Puntos a favor:

Airsend is an amazing SaaS app for many kinds of purposes. Unlike many others, I came across Airsend as an extension to help us more efficiently use OneDrive by sending webpages etc from web to OneDrive. Airsend is very responsive and intuitive too, I have a good feeling that this SaaS app will do well as the team are also constantly improving the app throgh the feedback they have proactively sought after. Airsend is easy to use with a clean, innovative interface.

Puntos en contra:

Had one issue with connecting OneDrive but it was more a Microsoft issue and not Airsend but it did mean I had to persevere with the issue to get Airsend to work and it would have been at Airsend's loss if I didn't persevere. It was basically getting confused between two Microsoft accounts I had and couldn't connect easily.

Functional start

Comentarios: It does what it intends to do, and they're continuing to add features like desktop apps, a better wiki, and public channels.

Puntos a favor:

It's pretty simple to use because it doesn't try to do everything. It's a basic way for an individual or teams (could be an ad-hoc team) to share notes and files as well as have a twitter style conversation in real time. It also has a basic wiki component.

Puntos en contra:

Sometimes the notifications can be annoying, so I would like to see a way to limit them so that every new post doesn't require a notification be sent. That could be done on a per message basis. I'd also really like to see a web conferencing capability built into this tool so you you could schedule meetings or have them ad-hoc. I'd also like the wiki feature to function more like OneNote with the ability to paste in screenshots rather than having to save them and link to them.

A must try tool

Comentarios: Out of the box solution am sure it will be beneficial to all the customers.

The tool is very intuitive and feature rich, I loved the capabilities offered by this tool. It definitely enhances the productivity of team members/employees using the tool as it drives efficiencies and also very effective. It is an all in one product with ability to chat, mark action items, tag people, exchange documents etc.

Nothing in specific. I am yet to evaluate its integration with Slack, JIRA, Rally, Confluence etc.

AirSend - Does what it says on the box

Puntos a favor:

I was looking for something priced competitively to capture customer design discussions for a side hustle that I have. AirSend fit this, and gave us video calls as well. I was really impressed by this. Very easy to set up, very easy to get the right people into the right places to discuss.

I'm not super familiar with this tech, but I don't have any issues so far.

AirSend makes inter-company becoming so easy and effective. It allows files, folder, message and .... to be sent over within same channel.

If it has more permission levels for different user levels, then it will be another great add on feature.

Comprehensive and easy to use!

Comentarios: AirSend is a great way for large organizations to communicate! I have had a very positive experience with AirSend.

AirSend is so easy to use and has a very comprehensive format. It's easy to see any assigned tasks as well as view and reply to all messages sent among a group.

Puntos en contra:

If many messages are sent within a thread, it can be hard to see all the past messages. When new people join the message group, this notification shows up in the same place as the messages within the group which can be distracting.

Air send is great!

Comentarios: Easy to set up, having everything in one place makes things so easy!

It has replaced Slack and Dropbox for chat and file storage, and Trello for project management tasks!

Comentarios: My overall experience with is app is very good. I would highly recommend for other to use it too.

The software is easy to use and very fast. I haven’t had any glitches since I started using this app usually I tend to have some glitches with similar apps.

Puntos en contra:

It’s not really a con but the fist I used this app it had a limit even though it got fixed it took a while for it to accept new volunteers.

Collaboration tool that stands out

Comentarios: Pleasant user-friendly look, no intimidating colours, simple to use.

Puntos a favor:

I like the ease of use, intuitive interface and pleasant interface design. It is faster than other collaboration tools. Big one for me - seamless login. I don't have to go through a number of pages with credentials. Just clink on a link from your email.

Puntos en contra:

Personally I get too many emails. It would really differentiate AirSend from other collaborations tools if they would find another way to remind me to check it out.

Documents are easy to access. We can easily edit the chat that we sent.

I haven't faced any issues yet. The notification count sometimes behave differently.

I am still new to using Airsend, but I really like, I really like the wiki, unlimited uploads and best of all is using it for calls!

For me, I could use some creativity tutorials, show me some examples of how other businesses are useing it to help me get my jusices flowing. But no complaints

SEND DATA SEAMLESSLY

Comentarios: Wnever I have a large document to send, it is airsend that I use everytime. It arrives without a hassle. Equally, when I recerive documents, they are there and eay to download

Ease of use. It is a breeze to upload documents and send and therefore not be restricted to the size mandated nby such programs as Outlook.
