I canceled my subscription, then was still charged afterward with no notice. When I saw the charge I immediately notified them of the error within an hour, before it finished processing. After not being able to reach them by phone, email, or social media for a week, they have refused to issue a refund. I can't explain how disappointed I am that any business would do this to someone, especially when everyone is strapped for cash during this coronavirus period. Shame on them\! I didn't receive any correspondence from them for months after I canceled my account then suddenly received a charge on my credit card. No notice at all. You should not trust this company with your credit card information or business. > > My overall experience has been terrible. I canceled my account but was still charged. Customer service doesn't respond for days if it all. I had my support ticket closed without a response.
