Tanto su sitio web como su aplicación son fáciles de usar y es muy intuitiva,no se necesita un gran aprendizaje para empezar a crear y rastrear videos.Es una plataforma exelente para crear campañas de divulgación.Es una plataforma muy creativa e imaginativa.

Puntos en contra:

Al principio me sentí un poco confusa ya que cuenta con una gran cantidad de funciones,más sin embargo al ir a la sección de Recursos comprendí mucho mejor tales funciones.

Comentarios: Positiva, creo que es una herramienta a tener en cuenta por todo lo que ofrece para profesionales del video marketing, eso sí, que estén dispuestos a asumir una curva de aprendizaje inicial un tanto elevada

Dubb is an Amazing Product for 2023 and Beyond!

Comentarios: We have done several videos which have had quite a number of views and also instructional videos that have generated interest in our company. It's an amazing tool and the ease of use and integrations just continue to grow making the product even better and more valuable!

The most impressive features for dub are it's tracking of user activity, that is how much your video is viewed and where from. I also found it extremely useful to have the outlook integration for existing videos that can be sent out to any customer within seconds. In addition the ability to do a quick video through dub right from outlook is a brand new video is amazing!

The product is extremely easy to use both on the windows platform as well as on Android. I've tried it as well on my iPad and iPhone and it works great

Outstanding Video Capture Software

Comentarios: I create videos for client sales, onboarding, quick explainers, and "show me how" videos. Dubb allows me to do this elegantly and effortlessly. I regularly get comments on how fantastic my email videos are, and this is all down to Dubb's easy-to-use system. I haven't used everything Dubb has to offer yet - and I already can't imagine life without it now!

I'll be transparent, the event driving this particular review is an interaction I had with the Dubb support team - they were INCREDIBLE. So patient with me, answered all my questions, helped me figure out the best use case and did so with digital smiles. The software itself is fantastic, and before Dubb, I was using Loom, and this software basically kicks Loom's behind, but as I said, I'm here because their team is SECOND TO NONE. And I'm a sucker for a rock-solid team.

I haven't found anything I don't like about the software...maybe if I were being pedantic, I'd ask for the video rendering speeds to be increased, but honestly, that's nit-picking!

Dubb is a Great Solution for Video Communication No Matter the Industry

Comentarios: Customer support has been outstanding! Dubb makes it easy for users to share content with clients.

We use Dubb to host video we produce outside & within the Dubb platform to keep our clients informed of new solutions. We decided to use Dubb in lieu of our last hosting platform, because of the ability to apply multiple calls to action on a video landing page. Providing multiple ways for our clients to connect with us at their convenience is critical for us; Dubb provided the best options and value in this department. The other stand out feature is the Video Showcases that are essentially dynamic video playlists that we embed on our website. These are fantastic because the products we represent in our market fall into many different categories related to product type and application. With Showcases we are able to segment our videos into different playlist and they also feature a keyword search tool related to the tags we apply to each video and the video names. Dubb screen recording has also been a great solution for creating demos for our clients.

I believe the email marketing feature is still being developed and isn't at a stage where it makes sense for our use case at the moment.

Take My MONEY- A NO Brainer!

Comentarios: I have saved hundreds of hours of outreach and marketing efforts and know that I'll be using Dubb as long as I have the opportunity to turn on a camera and connect with new friends and prospects.

I Love My Dubb! I use this solution for my outreach, follow up, and engagement and have not looked back. I really like the fact they are always innovating and adding value to the tool. When I started using it I found several different ways that it increased value to my social media, content creation, and booking business.

The only downside I see is that more people need to learn about this amazing solution. I know there are a few items that the team has been working on and I would like to see and then BAM! All of a sudden, they show up. Updates and improvements So that downside is that I get to learn something new that helps my business. #LoveMyDubb

Indispensable to my law practice marketing

I've automated my outreach, my multi-step sales and nurture process, and I use Dubb on the daily for client communication and for connecting more deeply with my clients.

Puntos en contra:

The learning curve on Dubb can be steeper, but the rewards for learning the platform are plenty. I wish the UI were more intuitive, and I dearly wish the Dubb team spent more time on UX refinement and less on self-promotion. With that said, however, Dubb kicks ass over everyone in this "video" vertical.

This is not a criticism - for me, as I work in Germany, the time difference is sometimes an issue as support is only available in the late afternoon/early evening German time

Dubb-tastic! Video Communication Platform

Comentarios: It is something I had been looking for but didn't know existed. It also surpassed my expectations because I am trying to find every chance to use it daily. I want my business to be video-centric

Outstanding app for entrepreneurs!

Comentarios: Set-up was a breeze. Using the app is easy. Videos are easy to upload once recorded. I am blown away by all the possibilities for using this app in anyone's business!

I have found it incredibly easy to record videos to send to clients as well as have used this to help launch my book that's coming out soon. I can see real time data about video watches, clicks on CTAs, and people love to respond by video as well! This is a GAME CHANGER!

Just a few glitchy things but the customer support is fantastic so it's not a huge deal.

Dubb allows me to put my message in front of my client when it s most convenient for them. They then can share with stakeholders in the home to make a decision. They aren’t trying to remember my pitch

Dubb empowers me to own my tone

Comentarios: I prefer Dubb video because it allows me to Own My Tone. I'm a retired US Army Medic (Master Sergeant). Much of my career I wrote and reviewed military documents. Because of that, and my personal nature, I'm very blunt and to the point. So, I often come off as a jerk much of the time. Video lets people see I am human. And while I do mean business, I also care about their wellbeing.

I like the ability to add CTAs and other videos to the Dubb via email, LinkedIn, Facebook or what ever medium I chose to use. I also like that I can see if the video was viewed and how much. I use all of the data for various reasons.

Puntos en contra:

The only con right now is the small video of myself on the screen. I would like the ability to make that bigger while still sharing the screen.

Marketing with Personality - You get respect when you show up using Dubb

Comentarios: It has been a great experience. I love virtual tools and this is one of my favorite. I get so much value from my account. It allows me to show up with clout and impresses my prospects and customers.

The very best thing is the Customer service - OUTSTANDING - they care about their customer and go above and beyond to make sure you get value from their product. If I could multiply them as service providers, running a business would be so less stressful and so much more productive.

The CRM is a bit old school - but usable and there. It was my only small issue but everything else out weighed that minus

very easy to use, scales and drives our business (sales,)the tool helps to build trust and build lasting relationships with out candidates and clients. It's just so trendy, and cool, and professional, the new way of communication, for the one's that understands - ITS THE NEW WAY OF COMMUNICATION in business. Its a GREAT CRM system. It has it all, you can send campaigns (love that part) with videos ! And the videos you send are interactive, so easy and so useful, our viewers love it and are just amazed with it. We use it daily!

There is nothing that I dont like with Dubb. They are also adding features weekly so their always ahead of their game!

I would like to have more control over the footer in terms of removal of the terms and conditions link. That said, you don't really notice it.

Why am I forever hooked with Dubb?

Comentarios: I purchased Dubb back by the end of 2018, when it was pretty much an incredible idea! It has grown to become this incredible solution to have presence in your prospects/customers life! Its invaluable and ever growing! If I had the opportunity to get back in time I would have heavily invested in their future!

My inability to see what the future of Dubb looked like and invested in a larger stack of access more than three years ago! I guess not Dubbs fault though!

Game Changer and only getting better

I wish the people I refer to them have a bit more hand-holding or someone that can be a point of contact so they can have a pleasant experience until they can master all of it's power and features on their own. Some people do need more of a step-by-step environment other than what can be found in video tutorials...

The basics work out of the box, but for me there is a learning curve to maximize the system

Puntos a favor:

The picture clarity and editing component. But the most impressive feature is access to the executives. I don't think I have experienced high level contact and someone like [sensitive content hidden] who seemed genuinely concerned about getting me (a modest tech user) set up and running.

Puntos en contra:

Initially I felt like I was in a spaceship and all I needed was a horse but after a little trial and error I was able to figure out most of the features after the 1 hour onboarding.

Communication made fun and engaging

Comentarios: Fantastic to use, I always recommend it to others. I've found it to be a really engaging way to deliver communicate with people. People seem to like the Emojis too.

Puntos a favor:

It's very easy to record a video in Chrome — I love how it does all the uploading for you. It even titles the video based on what's on your screen - this is powerful magic. The app is handy when you are out and about (maybe in 2022).

The Android app used to crash, but they fixed it, and it works great. So nothing at all.

I am happier and work better...

Comentarios: I am a Confidence Coach. I wanted a tool that would allow me to personally connect with my clients that was not just “written emails”, track my follow up communication with clients (CRM), and have the ability to personalize messages minus all the struggle. Dubb is my answer! It is an easy and effective way for me to combine the personal engagement and business tracking side of my business. Using it helps me continue to be happier and work better!

I haven’t really found anything about this SaaS that I do not enjoy. Maybe that you can’t stream the video directly in email they have to go outside of email when they click play.
