Comentarios: Mi experiencia con Deel ha sido en general positiva. La plataforma ha simplificado enormemente el proceso de contratación en múltiples países y ha garantizado el cumplimiento legal en cada uno de ellos. La capacidad de generar contratos localizados y gestionar la nómina en una única plataforma es realmente conveniente y ahorra tiempo.

Deel es una solución completa de cumplimiento y gestión para empresas internacionales. Una de las mejores características de Deel es su capacidad para contratar en más de 150 países sin necesidad de establecer nuevas entidades extranjeras. Esto hace que la expansión global sea más rápida y eficiente, ya que no se requiere un largo proceso burocrático.

Puntos en contra:

Aunque Deel es una plataforma eficiente para la gestión de nóminas y contratos internacionales, hay margen de mejora en su interfaz de usuario. Algunas funciones y opciones pueden resultar confusas o poco intuitivas para los usuarios nuevos. Una interfaz más simplificada y amigable facilitaría aún más el proceso de uso de la plataforma.

Si bien aprecio la amplia cobertura en más de 150 países, encontré algunas limitaciones al contratar en ubicaciones menos comunes. Sería genial ver a Deel expandir sus servicios a más países en el futuro.

facilidad en el uso de la plataforma, intuitiva y brinda diferentes opciones que son llamativas para los contratistas

Puntos en contra:

debería de estar también en español la plataforma y los contratos pues algunos de nuestros contratistas no manejan muy bien el inglés

La interfaz a veces resulta un poco confusa y difícil de entender.

Quizás a veces tarda un poco en realizarse la transferencia y a veces los costes son algo elevados.

Comentarios: Lo utilizo porque trabajo remoto y mi empresa me paga desde Argentina. Es una forma sencilla de tener este aporte periódico sin tener que preocuoarme.

Pensé que era bueno, pero cuando tuve que usar el servicio de atención al cliente me di cuenta de que la empresa tiene muchas falencias, no atienden mi tiquete y solo me dicen que en x días me darán una respuesta, pasado el plazo x me vuelven a decir lo mismo y siguen sin darme una solución

Malo el servicio de atención al cliente. Responden rápido pero no dan una respuesta en si, solo excusas

Ability to Manage Offshore Contractors with Ease

Comentarios: I have not only been extremely happy with the platform but my rep has been the biggest help! I work with [sensitive content hidden] and she is ALWAYS there to help me through roadblocks or to answer any questions. It's truly been a pleasure to have her on my side.

Puntos a favor:

Deel is crucial to the management of our offshore team. It's refreshing to know that we have compliance documents auto-populated for each country and that takes the worry off our plate. It's easy to pay our team, record time off, adjust contracts, add additional contractors, etc. Overall very happy with this platform and highly recommend!

Puntos en contra:

When updating a contractors pay you have to terminate the contract and start a new one - I would love to see improvement here. It would be extremely beneficial to update a contract without the hassle of ending the contract, paying the contractor off cycle then starting a new one.

Managing My International Team with Deel

Very bad support - extremely inefficient

Deel sounds really good on paper, the problem they are addressing is important and their impact could be huge on both their clients and their employees. On actuality, Deel failed to meet the minimum expectations every time they were needed.The processing of the visa was delayed multiple times, and the process is full of inefficiencies. The employee is asked to use the portal to upload their documents, the portal looks good and is comprehensive but is never used by the Deel team and the employee is asked for the same information and documents every time.First payroll was delayed, the rest so far has been arriving on time.The health insurance coverage had interruptions and the support to recover insurance was delayed and underwhelming.Every government application where you'll need them will take 10 times the normal time and cost 10 times the normal cost.The support is really lacking, you will need to reach out over chat to a team that has no knowledge nor ability and is always blocked by other teams that you cannot reach to.

Great payroll services

Comentarios: With Deel I am able to manage my offshore hires and their payroll with ease. I don't have to know local law - Deel takes care of it for me.

It's an easy onboarding for both employer and employee.

Puntos en contra:

The time reporting is a bit confusing (for employer). It's difficult to find historic time reports and know exactly which reports belong to which invoices. It takes unnecessary time for me to put the pieces together.

A very easy to use payment software

Comentarios: Overall, my experience has been great. My boss asked me to look for ways I could receive payments along with my other team members, I found Deel, and until now, payments are on time, costs are less and we don't have to wait too much time to receive the money on our bank account.

I like the fact that I can have a contract and automatically receive my payments on time.

Puntos en contra:

I would like to be elegible for a Deel card. Also, the bank where my debit card is associated no longer accept Deel's transactions, but I still can get the money through Swift, which is expensive.

Alternativas consideradas: Payoneer

Razones para elegir Deel: Costs from PayPal were very high, but the decision was made when the bank didn't accept PayPal no more.

Software anterior: PayPal

Razones para cambiar a Deel: Low fees, the hability to have individual contracts and automated invoices. But specially, I read many reviews and were positive.

Amazing platform

Comentarios: Amazing, I really like it, more people should definitevely use it!!!

It is clear and user friendly, it has all the info that you need and it is super fast and on time always! International tansfers can be hard to manage but Deel makes it amazingly easy!

Does not have an app, and really average it is all good.

Comentarios: I'm a one person HR, Finance dept, so far.Deel helps me with processes that would take so long every month or, with new on/off boarding.
