SafetyChain has a user interface that is easy to use, but ultimately their Customer Support is top tier! They cater to you as if they were part of your company. The value you get is wonderful.

While the interface is simple, there is a learning curve and the time to implement can be lengthy.

Digital Record and Data Management and away from Paper Documents. The ease of usage, storage on documents, and retrieval of documents is invaluable in our highly competitive and changing food manufacturing industry.

I like the ease of use. It’s nice to have a product that is easy to train other employees on how to use. Seeing data real time is important so decisions can quickly me made. SafetyChain is always upgrading and introduction new functions. Customer service is very helpful and responds quickly.

There isn’t anything negative to say. Overall it’s been a great experience and I look forward to what the future holds.

Puntos a favor:

Safety chain is a user friendly application with many functions that helps us quickly capture production data and recap to necessary stakeholders. The customer support team is very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Puntos en contra:

There are some key features in Safety Chain that need updates to make them more effective- Cases is one of the tools that is highly worthwhile for use but does not currently have the right usability features. The charting tool is not very user friendly and it is not easy to determine form design for end data viewability when creating new use cases.

Committed to food safety

Comentarios: Working with this software since near the beginning has been an enjoyable and rewarding experience. From day one safetychain has been committed to developing a useful and user friendly food safety software.

I love how user friendly safetychain is for everyone. Form Development is intuitive and using the app is just as easy.

Puntos en contra:

The app uses alot of bandwidth. If the wifi is not adequate then offline mode will be utilized often.

Comentarios: It has been very positive and I really have not had a reason to look at other solutions.

It is very configurable, they have solutions to fit almost any need and can customize options to fit those outside of the norm. They also have excellent customer service and always willing to get on Zoom and work through any questions or issues.

Nothing really, especially with the new mobile app coming out.

Unlimited Potential

Puntos a favor:

1. The ability for a corporation to look at all of the facilities to easily compare facility performance and use the data gathered to easily show ROI on new equipment or processing changes.2. The conversion to a digal system. By having forms submitted through SafetyChain it allows your company to analyze data. The problem I used to face was gathering data (either paper, access or excel) and then taking time to reenter data and create reports. Once using the system it allows me easily look through my products and facilities and free up my employees to spend time on the floor over data entry and reporting. My team no longer needs to submit metrics to me as the system auto compiles and reports them in Dashboards.

Puntos en contra:

I would like to see the ability in the training site to have AI submit data for me to test forms easier. Currently I need to submit forms in order to see what data I can report and charts I can use.

Robust Plant Management Solution

The vendor management piece is a bit complicated compared to the other modules.

Some bugs in some of the features. Building forms can be confusing and difficult for complex processes.

Safety Chain a great tool

Comentarios: My experience is being pleasant, and I enjoyed the full implementation of Safety Chain across all the departments, seeing how everyone discovered its potential.

Safety Chain has different options that can be used on multiple departments.

Forms designer feature needs more options to make the editions faster, one example is the alphabetization of lists included in the "element properties" segment of the form.

Safetychain can do more than I expected, but still require training to know what all functions to understand the full capacity.

Comentarios: We have fully been able understand our inspections. We are better able to utilize data to make solid decisions.

The thing I like the most about the software is the company behind it. The software keeps expanding in capabilities and there seems space to grow within the options.

We have ran into load capacity as our comps grows.

Organized

Comentarios: While i am still working on full implementation, the onboarding of our employees was quick, being able to make adjustments to the forms to better suit their needs and for upgrades that happen in the production process have been easy. It is easier and faster to figure when a record has a failure issue.

Flexibility of the form creation tools to match a lot of what we were already doing.

Puntos en contra:

Still could use more options, such as levels of failure. Fail, Warning/Caution.

SafetyChain

Comentarios: In my role I use SafetyChain mostly for management of Vendor documents. I feel like it is a good management tool for this. I just wish there weee a few tweaks for things that would make things easier for us or our customers.

I feel like the software is pretty intuitive and lots of things I need to do I can figure out how to do on my own.

Puntos en contra:

It seems to be very rigid in its programming. We ask for things that we think are simple but are told that is not possible.

Data can be a little hard to process and extract for analyzing.
