Oftentimes, we would get set up with a team member, and they would either leave their role before our event or be out of range if we needed them in the moment. I do feel like the sales reps (during your software search) sell you "a lot," only for many of those features not to have been past Beta testing or not to be available yet... so that's a bit misleading.
