It is super straight forward process when adding your expenses from any work trip and once you hit submit getting your money refunded is typically smooth.
We were told that our cards would sync up, but they didn't and the customer service was bad. We really didn't even get to use the software as we never got through the whole onboarding phase.

Comentarios: En lo particular, me ha resultado muy cómodo y que nos ha permitido controlar con eficiencia los gastos realizados por los colaboradores, logrando implementar políticas que evitan desvíos y/o gastos innecesarios.
Puntos a favor:
La principal es que minimiza los procesos administrativos y acorta los tiempos en comprobacion y recuperacion de los gastos por parte de los colaboradores.
Puntos en contra:
El tema de soporte es un poco lento, adicional que las diferencias regionales a veces resultan difíciles un rápido entendimiento.También, es necesario tener consultores con expertiz en la herramienta y su integración con SAP S4H, ya que de lo contrario, puedes complicar la implementación y lograr una explotación real del producto.

Comentarios: Dificil al comienzo como todo, ya de varias practica me puede sentir cómoda con el software, para el empleado es una experiencia , porque aprendes cada vez más, pero para la empresa es un gasto muy grande este software

El software es bueno, ya que tiene variedad de modulos que necesita tu empresa, puedes usarlo desde tu movil, es compatible con diferentes sistemas operativos. dejando mas claro este software te ayuda a tener más informado lo que pasa en la empresa y así teniendo un mejor control.
Puntos en contra:
Tienes muchos contra, uno de ellos es su precio, cada actualización te genera un gasto, aparte necesitas un personal de IT.., y si o si invertir en la capacitación en tus empleados, ya que su interfaz no es sencilla, necesita tener los conocimiento necesarios para poder manejarlo.

Para mi parecer Sap es uno de los mejorew software de gestion a nivel global. Con él puedes solucionar varios problemas dentro de una empresa.

En cuanto a funcionalidad no tiene puntos negativos, Ahora con el nuevo S4hana ha nejorado muchisimo. Lo único negativo que veo es el precio, tendria que ser un poco mas accesible

Comentarios: Ha sido un aliado en los controles contables, nos da seguridad y transparencia.

Claramente presenta una ventaja muy competitiva en seguimiento y control en el área contable permitiendo una mejor organización y transparencia.

Su alto costo y sus actualizaciones constantes se convierten en una herramienta que no esta al alcance de todos y ha que invertir tiempo en capacitación para poder manejarlo bien

Ya que debo hacer los reportes en esta plataforma, diria que a veces se torna complicado elegir las categorías. Es completa pero no muy friendly.

Comentarios: Es una muy buena herramienta para emrpesas con muchos empleados, ya que concur lleva eficientemente los gastos. Para los usuarios puede ser un poco engorroso el uso.

Comentarios: Our company uses SAP Concur to handle all of its travel and expense requests. It's unique to each trip and gives the Accounts team lots of specifics to double check. Total distance can be calculated using a margin calculator that displays the shortest route using Google Maps.

There are better Expense Reporting Platforms Out There
Comentarios: Concur is not good fit for admins that are managing expenses for 8-10 bankers. It can take 3 hours to submit one report. The UI is terrible and it incorrectly matches receipts. The mobile version also has had glitches, making it impossible for bankers to comment on their expenses. 3/10

Concur is the most widely used expense reporting platform in the financial industry. It is easy to learn and a good skill for admins to have.

Concur is slow and the new interface makes processing expenses for several people an arduous process. Its user interface is clunky and there's no way to mass edit expenses. It feels like it wasn't built for the people who are using it the most. There's also several fields to submit one expense. Removing an incorrect attached receipt also takes several steps and is not intuitive.

Comentarios: The product is simple to use and deploy. As a user and approver for my team, I can easily keep track of everyone's expenses as well as do my own. It's so much easier than using a spreadsheet and attaching paper receipts.

I've used Concur for years and it's really great at expense management. I typically travel 4-5 times per month and to different countries. The ability to easily manage multi-currency makes this software ideal.

Not much I don't like about the software. Very rarely it is not available due to updates, but that doesn't happen more than 1x per year and it impacts me.

Concur is a great way for a company to manage employees' expenses. You can customize and input your own controls to ensure that employees cannot take advantage of the system and that any fraudulent activity is prevented.

The one part that SAP Concur could improve upon is that they could provide more flexibility with the missing receipt affidavits. At our company, we require employees to have itemized receipts along with the credit card receipt to verify the legitimacy of their purchase. If an employee is missing one of them, they can attach the receipt that they have, but cannot create a missing receipt affidavit for the one they are missing.
