Neos is very helpful to the attorney and staff. It helps us keep track of important dates and deadlines as well as stay up to date with the facts of the case. Thanks to many features, specifically the notes feature, we are able to efficiently communicate with our clients, providers, and counsel. I also like how smoothly it integrates with Microsoft Outlook.

Comentarios: Terrible. Pitiful customer service and the product is terrible. Not only does it have unfixable glitches it is also not user friendly and it is difficult to navigate!

Neos is super easy to use

Comentarios: Overall I love it and I love how everyone can collab perfectly and do their jobs in each and every case and we can all see who did what with their notes and just go from there without having to be updated on any new thing with the cases

How easy and quickly I can get to things like messages and my checklist for each case and client and how organized all the documents are when I'm trying to look for them.

I don't think I've found anything I dislike, everything is pretty straightforward on Neos, maybe just the automatic font and positioning I have to play around with when I'm trying to create a letter on docs I find a little tedious.

Neos is Superior to all other case management software

Comentarios: Compared to the other case software management I've used, Neos is far superior. One of my favorite features is that you can keep multiple clients' files open and can volley between them at the top of the screen.

Neos is extremely user friendly and is the best when it comes to categorizing and organizing client documents! As a litigation paralegal, it's imperative that I keep everything organized as I have deadlines that are always looming! Neos has a fantastic case calendar which syncs with my email and outlook Calendar making it easy to manage deadlines all in one place! Another feature I like is the ability to toggle between different client files at the top of the screen. This feature is such a time saver!

If there's one thing I would complain about, it's that sometimes Neos takes forever to load which I'm sure is due to multiple users being on at once.

I can't say there are any major issues with Neos I know when updates come out sometimes things need to get worked up and I know I can count on that happening in a timely manner.

Neos is great for it combining calendar, notes, emails, and deadlines all in one place. Looking up my client and everything going on or due all together makes things easier to manage.

It can be difficult to figure out how to initially set things up and while you can send notes in office, they do not pop up on your screen so you may miss something urgent if you don't check your notes constantly.

A Very Expensive Microsoft 365 License w/ Very Little Additional Functionality

Comentarios: Implementation was not great, and I was not migrating ANY data. I still do not believe I have everything I was supposed to get. I paid $1,000.00 to do the work during my onboarding that could have been done prior to my implementation. Because Neos requires 365, during onboarding you will get to make all your Microsoft 365 and Neos connections. I assume I paid $1,000 for someone to tell me how to make the connections and 3 hours of training? Not sure. I also was not told about a bug that Neos had which prevented data from being updated and saved more than once during my implementation. I did my implementation on a Friday, and attempted to input my cases into the system on the following Saturday and could not get anything to save. I was told the following Monday about the issue, was told it was a known issue, and would be resolved in a day or so. I spent all day Saturday trying to figure out what I was doing wrong for nothing. It was ultimately fixed. But just a frustrating experience. Everyone has been genuinely nice and understanding, the limitations of the software is where my issues really are.

Neos is customizable, which is nice. You can add whatever field you want to add to any tab. It allows you to collect and input whatever data you want and you are not nearly as constrained as you are with Trial Works in terms of customization. It has a nice display. Grouping contacts is easy. Apparently, there are a bunch of reports you can use.

Puntos en contra:

Functionality is not there. Commonsense things are missing from this platform. The system relies on and appears to be limited by Microsoft 365, which itself can be spotty. Neos is just Microsoft 365 apps all tied together, under a sleek looking display, but adds almost nothing to the 365-experience. 90% of the Neos platform is bundling all-things 365 together through a sleek looking display. The other 10% that you would expect Neos to have incorporated and built-in is missing. Templates have to be saved and then generated to be tested. You have to constantly change in and out of various tabs when creating a template to get your bookmarks. Good luck finding bookmarks for pronouns. I was told by Neos I should consider writing gender neutral. Ultimately, found out that I could code an if than statement in Needles should I want to use pronouns. Each bookmark in Neos will eat up a line or two of your template, which makes for errors. You can calendar within Neos, but you can't invite clients or "providers" or anyone outside your firm within Neos' calendaring feature, so it's an useless feature and users will need to rely Outlook. If you generate an email within Neos, by clicking an email link within a case, it is not saved unless you tag it in Neos. If you email a document from a case in Neos it does not prompt you with the various case contacts associated with your case so you must click through various tabs in your case file to get the email address(es) you need.

Currently, the calendar does not alert users to scheduling conflicts. For instance, if you double-book an appointment, there is no notification indicating an existing appointment at that time. Implementing a conflict alert feature would greatly enhance the usability of the calendar and prevent scheduling errors. This improvement would make an already powerful tool even more efficient and user-friendly.

Cloud Based File Management is the BEST!

I like the ease of Neos. It is user friendly for those that have never used the software and are new to cloud based file management. Neos makes it easy to integrate everyday used apps, such as Microsoft Office, and create templates. I also like the ability to text our clients through our system. In 2024, it saves having to use solely email!

The only qualm that I have with Neos, that they are already working on integrating I might add, is having the text messages that we receive from clients only come as notifications and not as emails.

They are constantly offering video tutorials, and various updates to help improve the user experience. We use this constantly. It is the backbone of our firm's case management. Highly recommend!

A Neos user's review after five months...

Comentarios: I like the regular emails from Neos with updates, training opportunities, and communication from them. It was a very difficult transition from TrialWorks at first, but I think we all appreciate all the advantages Neos has.

I love the ability to personalize Neos: the staff and default tasks, the checklists, the case dates, even the layout views for each person. However, the absolute best feature for me are the customizable reports and "living" Dashboards. I created several of those and am constantly referring to them to keep organized. I can't not mention the support crew. They are all so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

The Neos calendar. When scheduling a calendar item from Neos, the case name does not show up on the calendar; you have to manually type in the case name in the subject line.

Comentarios: Overall, I have been very pleased with our move to Neos. I felt it was easy to transition over to, did not take long to become comfortable navigating around it and I still learn new features every week.

The transition to Neos has been great. The case calendar is my go-to tab. I like the ease of being able to access all the information that I need on one platform as opposed to going back and forth between programs to get the information that I need on a case.

Transferring documents out of Neos. Its an extra step of having to download files before attaching to email or uploading them as opposed to being able to just drag them over.

Needles Neos - The Best Case Management Software

Comentarios: With Needles Neos being cloud based, and the world still experiencing the Pandemic, I appreciate the fact that I can access ALL my case documents from anywhere in the world. This feature has made working from home seamless.

Neos is a powerful cloud based software that allows me to manage my clients and cases efficiently.

Comentarios: The greatest problem Neos accomplished is the ability to fully use the software from anywhere. My employees and work from the office or their homes seamlessly. Features such as document management and Outlook integration has revolutionized efficiency in our law office. If we ever have an issue, the support team is very quick and helpful to resolve any issues that may come up. As an owner of the firm, I love being able to use my Dashboards to quickly measure the health of the firm.

Managing every aspect of my cases efficiently from anywhere. I love being able to track my Intakes and communicate with potential new client easily. I love being able to standardize the way all cases are handled in my office. Document management is extremely powerful. Full integration with Microsoft Outlook is awesome. I love the reporting features and dashboards that allows me measure KPIs efficiently. Our transition to Neos was quick and easy with great support from the Neos team

Neos always is offering new features almost monthly. I commonly interact with the suggestion portal (Ideas & Enhancements) where user experiences and wishes are actively addressed and implemented.
