Why you should consider Top Echelon
Comentarios: My overall experience has been wonderful and has made my job of quickly locating candidates in the system very timely and with ease because of how their software is structured. I use it everyday, for every search.
Puntos a favor:
What I like most about their software is how easy it is to search for candidates, input candidates, communicate with them and clients and how all the information is stored in the system. I also LOVE their help desk. Always responds quickly and with the correct information the first time.

I feel the search features could be more robust.
Top Echelon recruiting soltions database review
Comentarios: I have been with Top Echelon for 6 years and have never had any issues with it. Took me about a week to really get used to it at first. It may take some people less time since I'm an old man. LOL.

Very intuitive, fast and easy maneuvering around the database, tagging companies and candidates, the planner and reminders are great as well as the mass email capabilities and tracking emails.

I can't think of any major negatives for the Top Echelon database
New Platform is Extremely Difficult to Navigate
Comentarios: The only reason I'm still with Big Biller is, despite the awkward, and user unfriendly interface in the new platform, moving to another service is out of the question during this Covid-19 pandemic where business is down 30%. Our bandwidth, as a small company, for non revenue generating projects has to be kept to a minimum. The customer support is great but software layout and design should be intuitive and not require so many calls to support to begin with. I remain hopefully BB will work out the kinks. I pay $15,000 a year for Linkedin Recruiter so money is not the deciding factor, ease of use is. Originally Big Biller had the friendliest customer support and simple layout and that was the deciding factor. Not cost alone

The new version of Big biller has set me back 20 years in my productivity. I actually go out of my way to use Outlook and avoid the new BB cumbersome, user-unfriendly interfacte. The 'running man" (we call him 'burning man' icon offers no clue as to what menu lies underneath. The 'hot list' icon looks like a poop emoji and I had to have someone explain this to me. Too many lengthy menus that open, vanish, disappear, are difficult to find once they are minimized, etc. I'm advanced with computers and can design basic code and find this new platform roll out very dissapointing.
How to Maximize TEN service

I have no way to search for candidates listed from other recruiting companies' jobs.
That is what pinched me on doing porfitable business. I jsut retired from my company but the last 1 1/2 years were tough,

I learned to hard way that just posting jobs on TEN is only part of the solution. Results from recruiter company initially high but the quality of candidates was low as they just hand the candidate apply to the job and sent to me. Have figured out how to do candidate searches for other recruiters who have posted jobs.
Puntos en contra:
The searchers for candidates from the other recruiters doesn't work. I can't tell for what the candidates experience is for me jobs and that message I do send never get answered.

I'm used to using folders and files so the data input is what I like least but you need to do that with any software.

Comentarios: I have been very happy with Top Echelon. Customer service, support and training are top notch. The leadership is accessible and is there when you want advise on how to make the most out of using the platform.

Price and performance - I get all the functionality and features that was paying almost triple for with another software service, but with better customer service. Integration and set up was extremely easy and they offer a very reasonable rate for the data transfer. Job board integration to my company's website was better than my previous service, as well as multiple free job posting features to social media and select job board websites.

No real "cons" at the moment as they are pushing out new features and improvements on an almost monthly basis. Maybe have a tab on for "hotlists" to make it easier to go straight there when sourcing for specific jobs.

Comentarios: [sensitive content hidden] has been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the demo, registration and sign up process, and he's been there to answer questions and provide additional support once using the product. The abundance of training calls and webinars also make you feel connected as part of a larger community of recruitment agencies using Top Echelon.

I'm a huge fan of the ability to automatically upload applicants as new candidates in the ATS by forwarding an email with their resume. By setting up a rule, any incoming applications from LinkedIn automatically are parsed into the Top Echelon ATS!
Puntos en contra:
The price - although it is more than fair for the quality of the software & service provided, being in Canada, I am paying an additional premium to cover the conversation rates from USD to CAD.

An easy to use candidate database where all communication can be stored for future reference. Key skills searches are easy to perform to create an initial prospect list for client requirements. The ability to send messages to many candidates via a single email message saves time and enable quick response times.

I have no real negative experiences, It works fine now and is not broken, so do not "fix" it. ;-)
Very strong recruiting business software
Comentarios: Company is very responsive when there are issues with the application, which are minimal and resolved quickly. New features are introduced regularly.

Top Echelon's Big Biller is a very strong software package for running a recruiting business. It is organized around Jobs, Candidates and Companies and included planning/scheduling and email capabilities. The software is regularly updated with new features. The software is intuitive and easy to use. It is priced reasonably and customer support is responsive.

Would like to see better integration with Outlook for tasks, calendar and planning so that you can just use Outlook.

Top Echelon is Top Echelon as an ATS
Comentarios: Overall, I was happy with Top Echelon. I have used plenty of ATS software and Top Echelon was one of the best.

It served Patrice & Associates well as an ATS. It is rather easy to use, is robust and allow sourcing, recruiting, etc to work pretty easily.

Search features could be more robust. Easy to create duplicates because the algorithm to look for duplicates was not as strong as it should have been

Comentarios: Keeping track of candidates, clients and jobs - amazing software. Customer service is way above any I have ever encountered. Their team is always ready to assist.

Customer support and services. The software and support is top of the line and easy to use. We have been with Top Echelon since 2001 (I believe) and absolutely could not do our job as well if we were not part of this amazing network of recruiters. Job postings help to bring people to our website, and resume data base is amazing too.

Cannot say anything negative. They continually improve their products that make our lives so much easier.

Comentarios: I'm sure there are other good ATS systems out there but the shared networking with hundreds of other recruiting companies puts TE at the top and we don't ever plan on switching.

The networking and receiving help or helping other recruiters on job searches is the reason Decide Consulting switched to TE and is a fantastic benefit. The first thing I do every morning is review all the JO's posted to TE in the last 24 hours.Also TE keeps me well organized, the "PIN" feature as well as job order pipeline help me keep track of a lot searches going on at once.

I wish TE was integrated with MS Outlook, i.e. would love to click on email address instead of copying and pasting into Outlook. The bulk email function is the only redeemable thing about TE email.
