Great solution for growing businesses
Comentarios: Really great! The sales team is very helpful and support folks are willing to educate about all the features.

One of the best things I like about XoomRetail is that it helps my business grow. In a small business, many operations start out manually and use ad-hoc processes using Excel spreadsheets. With XoomRetail, all of the business sales, customers, inventory, employees are in a unified system. It identifies opportunities such as top-selling products for margin improvement, inventory waste, satisfied customers, and so on. Business just runs better with XoomRetail

It is a comprehensive software and to get the full use out of it, some integration with other software such as Quickbooks, or shipping logistics software will be helpful but lacking

Comentarios: Whether you are experienced business owner or new to retail, believe FTS offered a competitive price and great value for what they charge. Also find their Support to be helpful. Not a fan of ticketing system, but I have not had any problems.

POS is fairly simple to use and aggregates our sales efforts from multiple locations allowing us a pathway for expansion.

Due to Covid, some components took a bit longer to arrive.
