This helps ensure that employees do not waste time online on unnecessary activities. It also allows one to view web activities of the employees who are working remotely using the remote screen capture. It has reliable email notification function that sends instant alerts whenever an employee tries to access a risky website. The screen activity recording are very useful when providing proofs about an employee online activities incase they are disputing. The system runs in a stealth mode such that the employees are never aware they are being monitored. There is also an option to generate web activities reports for specific employees or computer station in forms of pdf.
