Comentarios: Acumatica has brought all the areas of our business together in one software which is allowing for an improved business decision making process.

The integration of business functions are the most useful components of Acumatica, bringing our finance and project management functions together. The software is easy to implement when working with a Acumatica Partner on the implementation process. To date all features we require have been found in Acumatica other than Payroll which is going live in Q4 2023.

In order to be able to provide the robust reporting and project tracking features it is important to enter information very accurately, the learning curve for new users can be steep.

Comentarios: Overall experience sucks. I believe this is partially not Acu's fault. Don't use Kensium as a VAR, or IIG.

Um, it mostly works. Allegedly it's totally customizable.

Can't get basic financial statements. It's extremely spendy. Would prefer to be on NetSuite.

Comentarios: It has been a massive culture change and learning experience for us to change to Acumatica. We are slowly starting to reap the benefits, but it continues to be a long road

Comentarios: Acumatica is a good system but the ability to customize it allows us to make it exactly what we need. It took some time to learn how to adapt it to our needs but every day it gets better and better for us.

We can customize the system in many different ways. Individual users can customize their screen and various reports on their screen. Without coding, we can customize many things, create new fields, etc. This flexibility allows us to make the system suit the way we do business.

The price is a bit high for a small business to get started. I want to use some features offered in other modules but they are quite expensive to add those.

Customizable to meet the needs of the HVAC Construction/Service Industry

Comentarios: We use Acumatica for Project Managment in construction, which I would say is the strongest part of this ERP platform. Linked to that we use the service module for scheduling service calls with our service technicians. Tied to both of these modules is inventory management and payroll. For the most part it has met the needs of each of these parts of our company.

Acumatica is fairly simple to learn and is quite customizable to meet the needs of our HVAC construction/service industry.

There are still some ways that it needs to improve in how the different modules work together. There are times where it is not that easy to follow the path between modules.

Comentarios: Although it may not be the most user friendly on the project management side, it does great tying all things together (ie. payroll and administrative side) and has great functionality to be accessible from anywhere.

Comentarios: The realization that we made a honorably mistake and should have selected a different system. And I fear that when we express our frustrations that they will kill off our service as they have expressed this directly to me in a veiled threat during one of our conference calls.

Acumatica ERP software, in my experience, has been quite disappointing. It falls short in several areas, and I can't help but feel frustrated with its limitations. One major issue is the lack of basic reporting features right out of the box. Unlike other accounting software, there is no intuitive "drill down" function available anywhere in this ERP system. Instead, finding information requires a tedious search or running multiple reports on top of each other.What's worse is that certain essential reports are simply missing, forcing users to rely on costly implementation services to create custom reports. Even then, any necessary adjustments come with an additional financial burden. This lack of flexibility and the associated costs are significant drawbacks.The payroll system, a critical component of any ERP, is another letdown. Despite its high price tag, it fails to deliver reliable functionality. This can cause major disruptions to business operations and create unnecessary stress for users.Furthermore, when it comes to analyzing sales data and estimating costs and hours spent on a specific customer during the opportunity phase, Acumatica proves to be inadequate. The system lacks the necessary tools to input this information for opportunities, such as quotes or bids. This limitation severely hampers the ability to make informed business decisions.I could delve into more grievances, but it would only escalate my frustration. I do not recommend this system.

I like that it syncs well with Aspire. We love the reporting - our rep at High Touch helped greatly to set up the entire system and reports.

The credit receipts from Aspire do not sync over to Acumatica. This should be rectified sooner rather than later. Also, writing reports is not easy; we used our rep at High Touch to write all the reports.
