Immediately after this transaction, Square closed my account and informed me that I would have to wait 90 days to receive the funds — with no way to expedite or reroute payment despite the urgent cash-flow implications for my business. Because these funds are tied up until February, my business is facing serious difficulty covering payroll and operating expenses. I operated in good faith, with no chargebacks or history of fraud, and now my ability to serve customers and pay employees is compromised. I request immediate review of my account closure and hold of the $13,800, with a pathway for either release of the funds now or cancellation of the transaction so I can process it through my preferred platform, Jobber, and continue business operations without interruption. > > They will send you to chat vs a real person to discuss.
