Putting all their available stores in categories makes it easy to navigate through and there is a variety of stores. Anyone can find a store to shop at. I like that they offer in-app and in-store options and I like that they have a rewards program. > > **Desventajas**: The speed of the app when going from store to store or category to category can improve. It is way too slow and very frustrating. I get impatient most of the time I am in the app and start clicking everywhere because nothing is happening and when it finally wants to wake up and go it clicks me everywhere I clicked except for the intended location. I built up a pay in 4 of almost 700$ but my card was stolen and while waiting on a new card I missed one payment and lost all of it and had to start over. Customer service didn’t care and I’m not sure if I care to use it anymore like I was using it. > > **Desventajas**: My debit card was stolen and I was waiting on a new card. I missed one payment and the seven hundred dollar account I built up went back down to one hundred. When I tried to explain to customer service they didn’t care and said I had to start over. > > Pay in 4 I.
