We were able to implement the software and up and running quickly. It is easy to make any changes or alterations. It makes our job so much easier and less stressful. > > **Desventajas**: Integration with our accounting and purchasing software would be nice (we do not use an ERP system and this would tie everything together nicely). > > We could not be happier with this system. We went from having everything on paper, which translated to twenty binders and countless manual entry hours, to being able to perform and have all of our inspections, data storage, task lists, training records, etc at the click of a button and available in any device with internet access.This system allows for any audit to be seamless and this is of great importance for you and for your auditor. > > **Desventajas**: To be honest, there is nothing I would change at the monent. When we first started with the system there were a couple of functionality aspects in some modules that we preferred to show data differently but that was taken care of immediately. Customer care is really important to the Certdox team. > > In a few words: it has made my job easier\!
