Comentarios: Have been relying on Liaison for many years. Before Liaison, the company was known as Softshare; that's how long our relationship has been. The setup process was quick as expected, Liaison worked with our customer, direct, to integrate the Athena EDI program. There were no complaints and the setup was completed on-time, as projected by Liaison. Ease of use is fairly simple and the design reminds me of looking through a standard E-mail profile. Functionality; would like to have the option where, when submitting invoices for a single PO that involves back orders, the software would allow for non duplication of product entry that was previously invoices. This can get confusing when multiple invoices has to be generated for a single PO and having to choose the deselect button can sometimes be missed. Then if not properly trained to "preview" the invoice, one could accidentally hit submit. We have run into duplicate charges for POs with our customers because of this slight negligence on our part. We did have a previous EDI program that would not allow for duplicate charges from a single PO. Upon calling into customer support, you will be directed to a call center that will have to relay your inquiry to the support team. Later, a couple hours later, a team member will call you back and assist with support. Because we would like to send out our customer's orders in a timely manner, sometimes waiting for a couple hours can be quite irritating. For 2016, we ran into a communication issue with accounting. I've tried, for a time span of literally 4 months to verbally speak to someone in accounts receivable to relay our payment information by credit card purchase. I do have to say, for the most part, Athena is totally reliable. If this was an option for a rate scale, I would give 5 stars. They offer an alternate entry site, should there be issues with the normal site. Make sure to inquire about the alternate site so that in case Athena happens to be down, then, more than likely, the alternate site is still functioning. Again, this is extremely valuable, especially when needing to process customer orders in a timely manner. Our motto is, if we have it, we'll deliver it and if we can deliver on the same day it's ordered, we will.

Comentarios: To be able to process EDI's faster to our customers , rather than the old paper invoices.

Puntos a favor: The availability of having a request fulfilled in a detailed and a short time frame. It is a pleasure to use.If there is an issue or problem it is handled in a professional manner and follow up after it has been resolved is great.
