Purchased the software because the salesman said we could easily integrate with our handheld and would do tax reporting. NEITHER were true. Integration was a disaster and tax reporting- I have to pull report after report to get the information I need. Installers literally left me hanging the week our first tax return was due and their response was "you can always file and amend your return."
