Comentarios: Es una herramienta que me gustaría poder usar, pero por presupuesto sólo la pude probar durante el periodo de prueba.

Puntos a favor:

La aplicaión funciona muy bien, se pueden gestionar ahí mismo las redes, checar que están haciendo tus competidores y realizar reportes sobre el desempeño. Todo con una interfaz fácil de usar.

Puntos en contra:

Es una gran herramienta, pero a mi me parece que el costo es muy alto. Para un negocio pequeño como el mio o una sola persona, resulta muy caro. Puede funcionar para negocios grandes o agencias.

It is valuable to use social media to grow our experiences and skills. I have extracted the best ideas for my career from social media through Sprout Social. Where customer engagement is needed, Sprout Social is the best platform to discuss most this matters. It is generally easy to use. Very affordable with a month of free trial for all.

This software is amazing. It is easy to understand and implement to. Nothing challenging.

One of the industry standards, but too pricey for us

Comentarios: it was great and I did not take long to understand all of the functionalities. Very simple to use and learn!

It was able to accomplish any of my social media management needs and were always some of the first to hit the market with updates when social pages release new API's.

Comentarios: Unfortunately, we ended up regretting our decision to use Sprout Social. It's very expensive. It has poor usability. Advertised features are often behind paywalls. It delivered questionable ROI (our team often preferred working natively in Meta Business Suite). What really put the nail in the coffin for us was the poor customer service. We missed our automatic annual renewal date by a few weeks, and despite wanting to cancel, they insisted we'd have to pay for the full year, whether we used their software or not. To us, that says everything about the company. If you need to trap people into your product, it must not be that good. Buyer beware. There seem to be superior alternatives, that cost less, and are more customer friendly.

It's very expensive, has poor usability, hides advertised features behind paywalls, delivers questionable ROI, and provides terrible customer service.

The best feature of Sprout Social is that you are able to connect multiple social media platforms. I can also set up the user features which keep track of and approve any posts that a user wants to publish to one of our social media platforms.

One thing which I little bit dislike about it is its cost s paying extra for features can make overall cost prohibitive as it is really hard for small business owners and individuals.

Worst decision we have made for a marketing platform

Comentarios: Terrible. One of the worst decisions we have made. Now that they are still charging us, we asked for support and they said they can only send articles and videos. Nobody can talk to us.

The "pros" didn't turn out to be pros at all. We wanted our clients to be able to use the link from Sprout and review posts. Turns out, they had trouble with it and never used it. Every other feature can be found in systems 1/10 the price.

They will not let me out of the contract. They auto-renewed me after a year for another year and we have since moved all our accounts elsewhere but they are still charging us $400/ month.

Comentarios: It’s a great product. I love the features but the price is just an undeniable flaw with the whole thing.

Sprout Social's reporting and analytics are great, they have in-depth insights that help refine my social media strategy. The detailed reports are incredibly useful as well. Customer support is another area where it excels. Their team is responsive and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any issues or questions.

The price. It absolutely creates a barrier for smaller businesses in the ”money saving to scale” eras of their business. (Where I currently am)

Sprout Social is one of the best products for social media management and reporting because they have strong relationships with social media platforms. I've worked with other products in the past that constantly had disruptions due to the platform APIs.

A Great Social Scheduling Tool

A very easy-to-use and understand social scheduling platform that is perfect for beginners and experienced social gurus. Provides excellent insights and analytics to help improve social growth and understanding of how certain posts are performing. Very simple to manage multiple social profiles at once, which is essential for any social media management business.

The place that has the most room for improvement is the posting aspects. Many times I have scheduled posts that have not gone live, which leads to double handling when scheduling the posts in Sprout Social, and then having to post ad-hoc when Sprout doesn't send the post live.

One of the biggest drawbacks of Sprout Social is the difficulty I encounter when attempting to publish posts to multiple social media platforms with a single draft. For example, when composing and scheduling posts to our Twitter handle, the enforced word count limit of 280 characters makes it impossible to switch a draft post meant for our Instagram or Facebook pages to be posted on our Twitter handle. This limitation has forced us to compose separate drafts for each social media platform where we have a presence, making the process of sharing content to multiple social platforms very cumbersome.

Comentarios: I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of sprout socials interface and how easy it was to onboard other colleagues. Since this was my first social media management tool, I was unsure if it would meet my needs but it surpassed it. Not to mention the newer features like the joint inbox tool is helpful when engaging with customers and fans .

Comentarios: All the tools it has are very useful, the customer service is good and it doesn't take long to respond, it's something remarkable since other similar platforms have very slow customer service. Its interface is intuitive, the menu is simple and the statistics are presented with easy-to-read graphs.

They need to add one of the main social networks, YouTube, many analyzes of all the users who are there are lost. Tik tok in my opinion is not well integrated, it lacks better synchronization with the posts, as well as with Instagram stories. And their prices are expensive compared to other social media management and analytics platforms.

Sprout Social's scheduling functionality allows us to post to multiple accounts simultaneously or at different times based on priority. Sprout Social lets us schedule posts, generate reports, analyze data, and makes teamwork easy.

I always want more improvements via upcoming updates, and I want to build more efficient artificial intelligence, so that we can manage all our social media sites better, like liking all flagged posts at the same time. Sprout Social may ignore posts.

Best customer service in this category, hands down. Big win with launch of listening product.

Comentarios: People seek out social media software primarily for automation. But that doesn't solve the workflow and analytics issues that social media and community managers face. Sprout enables us to load content and art into the automation platform as drafts, submit for approval and then automate posting. We also need a competitive edge as an agency, and using this software with the ability to provide more robust analytics than what is provided in the native platforms is a huge win. The biggest improvement we've seen to social media tools in general came from the launch of the social listening tool. However, the pricing model is hindering us from being able to use it. Big bummer. And it can be fixed. We hope you will consider applying the agency model pricing structure that exists for all other functionalities to this particular function. It's essential for us to be able to incorporate it into our new biz process and the current cost structure is preventing us from doing so. Please help!

The agency model sold us. Big win to invite larger groups rather than paying by the "seat" as previous models and other services demand. The approval process and analytics go beyond what is available in the native platforms which is essential for business use. The social listening is what we've been waiting for--and will be instrumental in our relationship moving forward. With that said, there is a caveat, listed below.

The social listening is amazing. However, the sales model is seriously flawed. Our clients will not pay every month for each social listener. Moreover, our agency needs to use this as a way to earn new business. We have many pitches in process at any time and it's not feasible for us to pay every month per listener. As such, this amazing service is not available to us on the scale it needs to be. Please come up with a better pricing model so we can use and sell this service. As it stands now, only the really big agencies will be able to afford it. You need the mid-sized agencies like us (about 50 employees). Just like the agency model sold us by not having to pay by the seat, we can't pay per listener. If you made that available to us, say 3 listeners per client in our agency model, that would be a win. It would limit the number so you could up-sell in those cases where big companies want to listen for a lot of different indicators, but it wouldn't prohibit the broader use of the tool for the masses--which will drive significant growth. Additionally, this is a huge differentiator for your business. If you make it out of reach for most clients, you loose your edge. Help us. Help yourselves. Give us this tool! And give it to us in a way that our clients will pay for it.

Never has managing several social media accounts been so simple. Time is significantly reduced by switching between accounts and scheduling postings. The reports provide precise information about how everything operates and aid in making informed decisions. My teammates enjoy utilizing the user-friendly Functionality since it is so effortless.

The expense is the only drawback. It would have been much more sought after if the pricing had been slightly lower.

Efficient way to post social content

Comentarios: The need to be able to schedule future posts across all platforms

It saves us so much time to be able to have one post posted across multiple platforms. It was a real time suck to need to login to multiple platforms, paste copy, upload images, and post. It is alos great to have all analytics in one single place.

Puntos en contra:

I do wish you could use the same post and schedule different times per platform. I also wish it would automatically resize images for the different platform specifications.
