Some extremely critical reports are missing that I imagine EVERY single company would need. There should be a way to build your own report, based on all fields available within BP. That HAS to be a possibility, especially with AI these days - should mimic the Shopify reporting tool at baseline. BP is also not great for a company where data management has to be extremely streamlined and uniform. Not conducive to a company growing in size where every single detail matters and accuracy is important. It'd also be helpful to have a customer service/support chat, instead of having to submit a ticket for every small question (which then gets lost in my emails). To have access to a chat, I'd get my answers a lot quicker when I need them answered quickly. Automation rules are also complicated and difficult to figure out a lot of times - requires a lot of trial and error, which can cause problems. > > Again, easy to use so has been an easy transition to using this as our ERP platform. With a lean time with no IT team, it's been a relatively low lift.
