In this segment there are many competitors, but you must pay double or triple what ChurchTrac charges for the same features. Additionally, ChurchTrac has the best support team I've ever worked with. In addition to numerous online help topics and a growing library of videos, support tickets are responded to almost immediately. I've been using this software for more than 5 years, and over time they have continued to update and improve the product. I keep getting a better solution and the price remains consistent. > > **Desventajas**: The setup with twilio integration was challenging and ultimately I wish I hadn't gone that route. There are still improvements to be made in this regard, and with the email campaign manager in general. > > Overall, I've had a fabulous experience with ChurchTrac. They do so many things well. What caught our attention initially was that is was developed for churches specifically. Our church started to look for just a replacement for our accounting software. The price for a ChurchTrac subscription that included the accounting software that we needed was less than most other accounting software on the market, but it offered more than just accounting software, it included a robust Church Management Software. The other main feature that attracted us to ChurchTrac is that it offers an amazing support network that includes the usual phone support but also webinars, YouTube Videos, online tutorials, and a complete online user guide. After viewing a few of their presentations, it became apparent that they do more than just software support. Much more. They provide ministry support to such an extent that you think that you have hired a consulting firm to help run your ministry smoothly, effectively, and efficiently, and then they throw in a healthy dose of encouragement besides. > > **Desventajas**: We have been transitioning to ChurchTrac for about a month now and have not had any negative experiences so far. It is specifically geared to the needs of churches. It is priced according to church size which is great for small churches like ours. Online payments are automatically linked to ChurchTrac as is our use of Ministry Safe. In the rare occasion where help is needed, customer support is swift to reply. Additional help topics are also available on YouTube. Updates occur which are actually useful and always improve the ease of use. Reports make preparing financial reports and end of year giving statements easy, as well.
