Comentarios: The sales, transition, development and support team are PHENOMENAL! At no point in our interactions did I feel dismissed, unheard or misunderstood. I felt confident with them the minute I spoke with their sales team and I have that same confidence post launch. Any issues we had were addressed and resolved the same day!
Puntos a favor:
Overall the software has many features and capabilities that can be easily customized to fit your business. This software is like the "Amazon" of booking software for salons and spas and a must have if you operate multiple locations. At present I can't and don't use all of the features but I love that I have the opportunity to grow into the use of the software and still expand my business in future. I loved the onboarding process the most as it had in depth training videos and how to articles on virtually every feature offered; and what I couldn't find or didn't understand the 24/7 support team addressed personally.
Puntos en contra:
So far, I don't have any dislikes about the program. There's a very steep learning curve when it comes to using this software but with daily use, I'll become an old hand at it in due time. The amount of settings this system has is incredible!

Comentarios: Zenoti transition was a big one for our practice, but we appreciate the many resources that Zenoti has available for us to customize to our needs. Any questions or concerns or reconfigurations we needed to work through to create a better process for our practice was addressed, coached and worked through by the team we were working with.
Puntos a favor:
I can't express enough how much appreciation I have for our project management and onboarding team. We worked with project manager [sensitive content hidden] on the onboarding and transformation end and they have been so incredible from day one through the entire transition.
Puntos en contra:
We had some hiccups throughout the process and some miscommunication issues when signing on, but the project management team worked with us through all of our issues and concerns.
I would not use the software there’s a 50% chance they will not onboard you
Comentarios: At one store, the experience has been OK. At the second store it’s been horrific.
Puntos a favor:
At one location they onboarded budiness. They are using it with success and generally like it.
Puntos en contra:
At my second location they Will not onboard us despite we’re paying for the software for two months and despite I’ve emailed them and called them several times over the course of the last month with no response. I keep getting a promise of a response from the chat advisors but no one actually calls me. I have money in the system because I learned how to do the basics from my other store and I can’t get the money out because they won’t onboard you. You can’t put in your own bank information they have to do it. I can’t believe how many different people I’ve called and emailed and chatted with over the last month and no one will call me back just promises .

Finally A Software Focussed on Medical Spas
Comentarios: To date, it has been better than I had imagined. I have been in this industry for almost 20 years. Changing software is a nightmare; you gain and lose some things. I was worried about making another change and the disruption to staff and workflow; I have migrated databases that have been disastrous. We have had a seamless transition with a client database of 37 thousand names. Thanks to my Zenoti team of [sensitive content hidden], this has been an amazing migration and set-up. Indeed, the most successful software change, migration, and setup I have done thanks to them and the rest of the team!
Puntos a favor:
It is easy to use, having all our software needs in one program: scheduling, reporting, charting, marketing, memberships, online booking, and payments. In the past, this required multiple software programs to achieve each, adding additional cost. Now, we have one cost and one software to work from, improving workflow and efficiency.
Puntos en contra:
They are adding new features as they continue to evolve and learn about the medical spa industry's unique needs. So, some future additions will make this an even more robust program, like e-scripts.

Comentarios: This was a big business move but over all so glad we made the change

Great customer service with the integration process and when first going live - learning and working out the glitches

Zenoti is incredible comprehensive - which also makes it a bit complex as we learn how to set up all the tools and implement them
