The calibre of the client portfolio means we benefit from inherited improvements and developments to the platform that have been commissioned by other users. For us as a small grant maker this is fantastic as we have a limited systems budget. We can now boast a next day response time to applications. This is in part thanks to Flexi-Grant for helping u to achieve this. Also, Flexi-grants enables us to answer all requests we receive without the worry of applications going astray. We have had a very positive response from applicants since migrating our application process to Flexi-Grant. This is mostly due to people being able to keep up to date with the progress of their applications. The application form is very easy to revise. The software has a number of powerful functional tools which will facilitate improvements with the end to end grants management process, such as consistency across the grants portfolio, supplemented by a completed admin and financial audit history. Without question, the most powerful tool will be the Budget Adjustment Tool, which will provide a greater degree of confidence that budgets can be adjusted with the highest degree of accuracy, and efficiency. > > **Desventajas**: The panel and peer reviewer functionality is a little restrictive from the perspective of a reviewer as you cannot amend a review once it has been submitted, even if the submission deadline has not past. From an administrators perspective this area of the system is perhaps not as intuitive to use as other areas of the software, and again can be restrictive if you do not configure the review wrongs correctly at the first time of asking, whereas in other areas of the system any configuration amendments filter through directly. > > The software provides my organisation with a greater degree of flexibility and control to manage the grant lifecycle, with improved consistency and efficiency, allowing us to focus on improving post-award management activities.
