You can send invoices and quotes via email or print them off. You can easily add your business logo to the invoices and customize it. The invoice totals up the amount at the end so you don’t have to\! You can even go in and see how much you made within a certain time frame. I can easily make itemized quotes to send customers as well as bill them. When tax time comes around, aynax makes my job so much easier. I can pull up any expense information or the total we made for the year and use that on the tax returns. Something similiar to landlord tracks or yardi but more simplified and better daily management of the complex.
