Comentarios: File management and thread management, it's a great app for sharing and keeping up to date with products and ideas.

Puntos a favor:

it has a lot of features especially the part of creating threads, wikis, versions of documents, image, and video previews, mentions and tags, group management, chatting functionality and badges too it's really a great application.

Puntos en contra:

I didn't like the fact that MA doesn't allow video calls and also connections to some external tools and apps for productivity

My experience has been nice. I've used MangoApps before now and its a great means of communication.

Comentarios: Mangoapps made my onboarding easy.
I find it easy to assign tasks to team members.
The wiki functionality is very useful because it gives our developers a pool of information the can always refer to as well as update if need be.

Puntos a favor:

The existence of groups. Ability to create wikis for developers to study. The mention notification Badges - its fun Great place for proper onboarding of new employees.

Puntos en contra:

I'd prefer if I could view content of any group but the extra functionality will be not to be able to post comments. I always have to make requests to join a group where I need to access specific information.

It has been an engaging tool - allowing for easy interaction within the team and entire agency

- I find that the mobile app is not as user friendly - Even after years of use, cannot really understand the purpose of primary and secondary interactions... don't understand the purpose of separating them

Great third party tool that seamlessly does what you wanted to do

Comentarios: While definitely a compliment, TinyTake has become one of those apps I forget about, it's there and I use it, without it taking effort or thought, it has become part of my workflow.

Puntos a favor:

TinyTake is one of those apps that answers a question, you normally sit in front of your laptop and want to do something, but you aren't sure how and or if you can. When it comes to screen capturing, recording, sharing and editing, TinyTake answers any question you might have around these functions. It has a great set of core functionality that is free to use, and if you wanted to delve deeper into the video side, you can go Premium.

Nothing has bothered me to this point, and the way I use the software, it hasn't not been able to do something I wanted to do.

Great Support and Easy to Use

I like how much support we got from the Mango team to get the product up and running. Also we were able to get this tool up in a very short time!

The customization aspect. It was hard customizing some of the overall css styles for the site

The MangoApps software has been a very powerful tool for our company. What I like most so far is definitely the customer service. The MangoApps team is always willing to listen to our feedback and implement new features and requests to make sure that their product is the best it can be, and that it always meets our company needs.

Puntos en contra:

It can be difficult at times to learn all of the ins and outs of this product (especially the settings) because of the many different menus and sub-menus you have to dive into to discover and make these types of changes.

Mango is a must!

Easy to setup! User Friendly! Great features! The service we got from the first contact with Mango was really great! The service is fantastic and the features are convenient!

The shared files are a bit difficult to get used to if you are not good with computers, but setting up the files was really easy!

It allows real-time phone tree navigation and manipulation and includes some valuable reports during that time.

There have been a few small kinks and things don't always work the way it should (as with any software company that is just getting started)

Great Product with Ease of Use

Everyday I find new thing I like about MangoApps, the notifications aren't in your face (which I really like) . The document search works really well and file sharing is super easy too!

We have all our associates on our application and I'd love for their names to be included in the search bar, but that just might be how our company has it set up !

Mangoapps review

Comentarios: We have found that MangoApps allows us to attach and share documents that need to be viewed by an entire department in one location. If they belong to the specific group or department, they have the ability to go in and edit documents and save it a a new revision. This feature help when we need to have documents that others outside the group cannot see. We also have the Intranet page that allows us to post content that everyone in the entire company can view. We post a variety of content like thank you letters from customers, employee wedding photos, baby photos, etc. This allows everyone to go to one location.

Puntos a favor:

I really like the ability to create different groups and departments. This being a business specific application, it is very important to be able to break out content that is specific for each group or department. This allows users to not be overwhelmed with content that does not pertain to them. I have been using this software for a few years now and I can honestly say that it has evolved over the years they have spent a significant amount of time making changes to better suit the end user.

Puntos en contra:

I feel that updates are pushed out to the web and client with hardly any warning. This makes it diffficult if we have instructions created on how to navigate to a specific area in Mango and then they make changes to the location.

Great software, needs support development

Comentarios: Our firm has gained scale and the organization of our documents has expanded exponentially since implementing.

Puntos a favor:

Ability to organize files and create an intranet with links to specific documents and an ability to maintain organization. Lots of special features.

Puntos en contra:

1. Ability to block users from deleting items that they upload 2. Support is among the lowest we have experienced. The chat room is rarely open. Responses to service requests often never come and it is at least 24 hours before a response is received. 3. The document approval process needs development.

Mango Apps

Comentarios: I am please with Mango Apps. I like that it is an online sharing board. I like to feel connected to others with my similar position and ideas around the world.

Puntos a favor:

The best features are the communities! I belong to several and read others posts everyday. You gain good ideas, can share documents and research easily and navigate your way through reports!

Puntos en contra:

I don't feel like there is anything I dislike about the software. I have it on my desktop and my phone and haven't really had issues.

Easy to Use, Cost Effective Collaboration Platform

Puntos a favor:

MangoApps is highly customizable and easy to use, and can be adapted to a number of different contexts. I really liked the file module, and the multiple permission levels and easy to use privacy settings. I think in general file sharing capabilities are a big strength. I think it's also the best value on the market for this type of employee intranet/online collaboration platform, especially for smaller companies or for projects (I used it on a long-term, multi-partner project, for context).

Puntos en contra:

The calendar management section of the platform is unfortunately nowhere near as effective as a Gcal or Outlook calendar. I also think the project management tools could use some improvement. Additionally, if you and your company do not have O365, or are looking to use file collaboration with clients who do not have Microsoft licenses, Mango does not support file collaboration in platform without the use of Microsoft online.

MangoApps Review

Comentarios: We've used since 2013 I believe, it's been a great collaboration tool and useful to get things out of email and store shareable (thats the key) data in one place. I like it!

Puntos a favor:

Easy collaboration in the feeds. Teams, groups, and projects make it nice to only see what the things you're involved in and not everything going on in the company. I like the Intranet, we use it to share company information, employee accomplishments, and even the menu for the cafe downstairs.

Puntos en contra:

When you want to view a task from the feeds it opens in a pop up view and it not useful because you don't see the comments, I always have to "copy link" then paste that into the browser. Trackers, the line number is static, so it you sort the numbers stay the same, so if someone reference a line you may not be looking at the same thing if you sorted, there needs to be an actual unique Id.

MangoApps Is Beneficial

What I like most about this software is the opportunities it creates to sync together our distanced community.

The only thing I'd improve about this software is that it has me re-enter my password and username after a few hours of not using it. [Even when I hit the "remember me" function.]

Just okay, but sometimes helpful

Puntos a favor:

We use this as the organization's intranet. It's a one-stop site for things like submitting IT tickets, ordering print supplies, and viewing relevant company information. If utilized correctly, it gives employees the opportunity to interact with each other (HR compares it to Facebook, but I wouldn't go that far).

Puntos en contra:

My organization doesn't fully utilize it (or maybe correctly utilize it?), so the site is pretty messy and unorganized. It's difficult to find things sometimes because there are so many different folders and categories and pages. It would be easier if they cleaned it up and consolidated the extra pages that don't add a lot of value. It seems Mango's interface hasn't been updated in awhile.

MangoApps is Great

Comentarios: This has been great for project team collaboration and supporting company communication and culture.

It connects everything and it has a very consistent implementation across many features. So once you learn how to setup/use one module you can figure out the rest.

The page refresh lags a bit. So sometimes when I'm working I find that things seem a bit sluggish.

A tool in the toolbox

Comentarios: Overall we're happy with the product, and will continue to use it.

Puntos a favor:

Collaborating in MangoApps is almost automatic. We have a thriving ecosystem of Groups, Projects and Departments in MangoApps.

Puntos en contra:

Sometimes the updates are pushed and changes made to the UI or to functionality (which sometimes cause bugs) with little to no warning. A better communicated and tested update process would be beneficial.

MangoApps is a great , flexible tool for our organisation's intranet. Highly recommended!

MangoApps are constantly evolving the product in response to user needs. We selected it following a thorough review of the market and it ticked all our boxes as a cross between a collaboration platform and organisational intranet. It offered significantly more functionality compared to competitors at the price point. Since becoming customers we have seen regular significant improvements in the product.

Puntos en contra:

The release of some new features have on occasion had unexpected consequences for the setup of our intranet although we have always been able to resolve or workaround these.

Great Software

The ease of use is refreshing and fun to use.

This resembles facebook's interface a lot.

MangoApps is still not mature enough

Comentarios: Disappointing. The product has potential but with the many failures on deployment and configuration, this is a product to be purchased for cheap, rather than for the price that they are asking.

Basic users have an easy to use experience.

Puntos en contra:

Users who manage content have many problems. On-Prem is still an immature product. Many problems and support does not know how to work with it.

Great Software Program for Creating Internal Virtual Teams

Comentarios: The software helps create an efficient environment for working on internal team projects.

Puntos a favor:

The software allows you the ability to create virtual team boardrooms where you can collaborate, instant chat and share project ideas with co-workers. Teams can be set up easily by selecting coworkers from an internal company directory. You can also restrict access to who can enter the virtual team boardroom so that information remains protected.

Puntos en contra:

The biggest negative aspect of this software is that you cannot conduct meetings with more than one person. Accordingly, if you have a team meeting or need to conduct a meeting with more than one client, then you need to use another program such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Office Chat by MangoApps

Comentarios: We needed an internal chat and this fits the bill for our needs. This is used multiple times daily by all staff. Staff can be reached anywhere in the building when using either the iOS or android app on their phone.

Puntos a favor:

Office Chat was easy to set up and maintain. Can use on iOS, Android or the web version.

Puntos en contra:

Not everyone can set up groups unless given permission by an administrator.
