Its LinkedIn and email integrations made candidate management and communication easier, while its dashboards provided useful visibility into recruitment activity and the hiring process. Overall, it offered a more structured and efficient recruiting workflow than the basic ATS platforms I had used before. > > **Desventajas**: Greenhouse does not offer native candidate outreach sequences, which limits its usefulness for sourcing and managing follow-up campaigns. Recruiters may need to use a separate tool for automated, multi-step outreach. My access as a recruiter was also quite limited because many features were only available to administrators or managers. This sometimes made it difficult to manage processes independently or take full advantage of the platform. > > I used Greenhouse for over a year and found it to be a good, reliable ATS for managing candidates and supporting a structured hiring process. Its integrations, automation, dashboards, and communication tools were a significant improvement over the simpler systems I had previously used.
