Buen servicio y mejor onboarding
Comentarios: Muy buena, recién estoy empezando pero es muy fácil de implementar y poner en marcha, mucho tutorial

Un onboarding muy claro y definido, facilidad de uso y gran potencia de la tecnología que hay detrás.
Puntos en contra:
Pocos diseños y alguno se ve algo, estaría bien añadir nuevas plantillas aunque fueran de pago.

I have tried other directories, from the best sellers to others that are very simple and low payment.
However, I have also had problems with them and mainly with translation. Every time the loco translate plugin was updated, it would misconfigure everything, or with the theme itself when it was updated, it would get something unconfigured. Mainly in the part where customers showed their information, which is in Spanish.
And that was very frequent.
And the creator of that directory preferred sales to having translation into another language natively.
And this was a real headache: to stop paying attention to other things to correct this.
To begin with, that's why I switched to Brilliant directories, because it already has the Spanish language by default.
And now that I have your attention, let me tell you how good and how bad Brilliant directories has been for me and why FOR ME, IT WAS A HEADACHE NOT TO HAVE USED IT BEFORE:
The Good:
You save a lot of effort. Short and fast learning curve.
Its basic tutorials to get started are clear.
If you're not a developer, this is your best buy.
The support team is fast and effective.
You will save yourself something that is more expensive in your entire life: time.
(Time that you don't have enough or that you can dedicate to other projects).
The Bad:
It's not cheap. (Nor are cars with all the safety systems, a larger family car, or sports cars.)
However, for me, it's worth every penny I spent.
If you are an entrepreneur and you are starting out and you do not have many resources, I suggest that you save and invest in it. Even if it's with the basics.
For me it is a way of investing in an asset that will generate passive income. So I consider it to be a good investment in the short and long term, or a good expense that is worth making.
That's why I'm telling you.
It will be a headache if you don't have brilliant directories, you're going to waste a lot of time updating other directories

Lots of features. Their salesmen are good at telling you all the things you want to hear. After your payment clears the bank, you learn the truth about the limitations.
Puntos en contra:
Their claim to provide the source code is BS. Regardless of what they tell you, they limit access to the source code and you will spend a lot of money trying to customize the system. I believe they limit access, so they can sell you Customization Hours. The designs are way outdated and customizing is very limited. Look deeper at their examples. We fell for the initial purchase and then a follow up email for another license for super cheap, so before I could get into customizing their product, I owned two licenses (and still do, for sale by the way). On the surface, BD appears to be perfect. It is great as long as you don't need unlimited access to the code or REALLY need to customize it (not talking about changing colors). You decide.
