Comentarios: In general, great support and platform to structure your QMS

I have been using CQ for +2 years. Since the first time that I started using it, I loved how easily you can understand performing all your transactions. In addition, it allows you to migrate different physical documents or records into the platform without losing any traceability. A highlight for us was electronic signatures 21 CFR compliant.Through this software, we accomplish on of our goals of having a 100% electronic QMS, Can't wait for the latest revision to include as part of this effort, the digital SOPs as a way to release or revise new docs.
Puntos en contra:
Probably the way the permissions sets works. The software in general is very user friendly. Nevertheless, this aspect can be improved regarding the details associated with the permissions sets to understand the impact on your transactions.

We are implementation with [sensitive content hidden], they are also wonderful at their roles, and [sensitive content hidden] still ensures that he reaches out to confirm we have all of the resources we need for success. So far there is nothing I am unhappy with as Compliance Quest is wonderful and easy to use and the team is fantastic.

Comentarios: I like the program. Just wish that we were set up better and had more people interested in using it.

I like the ease of editing and upload and auto version control. The sign offs are very easy as well.
Puntos en contra:
We are in an old version and I don't think we are set up well so there are a lot of errors and user functionality is lacking.

Comentarios: Very pleasant, the support/training team are very knowledgeable and help with any issues.

Easy to use and train other employees on, very simple. CQ ties everything together better than we had before.

Navigation at first can be a little confusing.

I have waited many years to find something with this type of growth potential. I have implemented the QMS modules for CAPA, Document Management and Training for multiple locations. I have plans for implementing more quality related modules, including our recent expansion into the Product Architecture. In addition, we have high hopes for the future and plan on expanding into the EH&S Architecture. Everything in one location is an amazing feeling and ensures a higher rate of SUCCESS!

Overall, really good experience with minimum causes for concern over the years.
