The tracking mode isn't 100% accurate and it does not send you automatically a copy of your invoice or estimate to your email and can be tricky to go back and find it and they only save it for a certain period of time > > When I first got the program it was very inexpensive and the main thing I liked was my accountant could access all of my stuff. It has since doubled in price and a lot of the features that they add do not benefit me like the payroll section.
