The advantage of being able to assign a report automatically to be updated with the latest relevant financial data means our risk assessments are always based on up-to-date information, which is such a necessity these days in the very fast progressing world of corporate. > > **Desventajas**: FreshBooks is great at what it does, and although it has a number of advanced predictive analytics tools, it’s missing tools designed specifically for risk analysis. Machine learning algorithms to find possible risk factors with historical data patterns will make their utility for our team much more precious. > > The software's user friendly interface and powerful reporting tools have cut down my time spent on report generation to only allowing me to spend more time on in depth analysis. I am in waterproofing and I've been creating quotes just fine during the free trial and a few days after I paid they shut my account down and wouldn't tell me why or give a refund. I put lots of time into getting all those quotes migrated onto the system and now I have to start again on a different app. I wouldn't recommend for small businesses that don't have their data in multiple places coz finding all the quotes I've sent is gonna take a while. I had used them for another business that had 2-3 transactions a month for over 2 years so I felt comfortable using them for this new business that had more transactions.
