The payment tiers are very fair. Sending out professional invoices and statements instead of Excel sheets or Google Docs sends the right message to your clients. It also allows you to send professional quotes. > > **Desventajas**: I didn't like that the GL categories didn't have numbers. I'm used to traditional GL codes. They may have changed it since I last used it (2021). I find that GL codes > > Accounting systems like FreshBooks allow you to be paid online, faster, and it helps your business look professional -- from branded proposals (estimates) to invoicing. Every touchpoint with client, matters. FreshBooks has a couple of plans that are completely affordable. $15/mo for 5 clients. $25 for 50 clients. I was on the $25/mo plan (actually billed monthly) for 4 years. It's seriously a great product. Are you worried about credit card fees? No problem. Add 3% more to your pricing to account for the payment gateway fees (PayPal, Stripe, WePay, etc). You can even connect FreshBooks to your bank for ease of expenses and export profit and loss (P\&L) statements. There's really no reason why you should still be doing your accounting on Google Sheets. It has since doubled in price and a lot of the features that they add do not benefit me like the payroll section.
