Comentarios: Muy buena opción, incluso permite que el cliente cuando vaya a reservar pueda hasta escoger el profesional que le vaya a atender.
Puntos a favor:
En mi caso considero que para iniciar está muy bien, permite llevar bien la organización de las citas, la base de datos de los clientes, los cobros de los servicios con varias formas de pago, está muy bien.
Puntos en contra:
Lo que no me gusta mucho es la forma de confirmación de citas, para mí no la tiene, creo que sería muy positivo si ayudara a enviar notificaciones de recordatorio a los clientes que reservan citas ya sea por sms o por correo electrónico.

Comentarios: Es una valiosa herramienta para simplificar la gestión de citas y reservas para profesionales de servicios. Su interfaz fácil de usar, la programación automatizada, los recordatorios y las opciones de gestión de clientes hacen que sea una solución eficiente
Puntos a favor:
La interfaz es intuitiva y amigable. Por lo que se facilita su uso tanto para los profesionales como para los clientes. La aplicación es sencilla de navegar y ofrece una experiencia fluida en la gestión de citas.
Puntos en contra:
Las limitaciones en la versión gratuita, ya que Booksy ofrece una versión que tiene algunas limitaciones en comparación con la versión de pago. Tener alguna opción mas no seria descartable.
Mi opinión sobre Booksy
Comentarios: Experiencia agradable. Lo utilizo mensualmente para reservar en la peluquería y es muy cómodo.
Puntos a favor:
La facilidad de uso. En mi caso lo utilizo para reservar en la peluquería. Es tan cómodo como entrar, seleccionar día y hora y la reserva ya está hecha! Comodidad extrema.
Puntos en contra:
No le encuentro desventajas significativas.
Olvídate de las llamadas para reservas con Booksy
Comentarios: En los años que llevo utilizando, estoy muy satisfecho, es una aplicación sencilla y funcional que me permite gestionar mis citas con el peluquero.
Puntos a favor:
Su facilidad de uso, y el poder gestionar la cita, modificarla, cancelarla etc
Puntos en contra:
Por el momento no he tenido ningún inconveniente con la aplicación.

Excellent Convenient App
Comentarios:
I love the way that there is constant development, and improvement since i first joined 2 years ago.
The app has allowed me more room for quality time with clients, as customers can schedule appointments at their own convenience, without interfering with consultation sessions.
Puntos a favor:
The app is extremely user-friendly and advances on a monthly basis. The support is always friendly and very responsive.
Puntos en contra:
Nothing really, as I said there are so many things still to come and to add, which is extremely exciting.

Comentarios: My overall experience with Booksy has been great. It’s a great price for the features it offers and it makes running my business easier for me. Not to mention my clients also like how easy it is to use.
Puntos a favor:
What I like and appreciate most about this software is the mobile access, appointment scheduling, and confirmation/reminders. These are some of the main things about this software that makes it easy not only for me, but for my customers to use.
Puntos en contra:
I do feel calendar sync could be improved. I do like this feature, but I’ve had issues with my appointments not being on my calendar even though someone would schedule their appointment.

Worst booking system ever used
Comentarios: Overall it was awful. I was billed incorrectly for a system error that was made and then my account got disabled. As a salon relying on appointments being able to operate I was left in an awful situation. I tried numerous attempts for assistance and I just got sent around in circles. Their system error had detrimental effects to my business and there was zero acknowledgment of this or apology.

Aesthetically pleasing. It’s hard for me to find pros as I am so dissatisfied overall.

Terrible customer support. System errors and nobody to assist. They do not care about their customers!

Comentarios: besides the few glitches i have had a pleasant experience with booksy. I like how it is integrated with GOOGLE, Instagram, and FB.

besides the customer service i like that i can send booking reminders to customers as well as they get an automated message to leave a review I can post reviews to my IG Its integrated with GOOGLE, FB and IG I can post pictures to my profile

when sending confirmations it does not give the client an option to click on "confirm" rather it just send the confirmation. the photos that come on my fb page does not reflect my service for example- there is a picture under each service and sometimes a guy/girl is having a laser treatment and I work with waxing. my cancellation policy and my no-show policy are different and I wish i could use both depending on the circumstance.

Comentarios: I hate that Genbook merged with Booksy, they couldn’t have picked such a terrible software. Customer service is horrible, please don’t respond with “get in touch with info.us@booksy.com” because I ALREADY have and yet no response, mind you this was last week. My bank account has not been verified after almost 1 week and a half and I’ve been sending over numerous documents but nothing. I NEED to talk to someone over this issue because I’m potentially losing a lot of money especially with no shows. Don’t even get my started on every client has to give a deposit? Or at least that’s what I was told on the chat. Oh, and the chat.. you ask a question on the chat and get a response HOURS later.. like Business owners have that time? Anyways, these are my main points, I can go on. If you do respond, please let me know how I can get a refund since I paid Genbook.

Booksy is Garbage
Comentarios: They are a garbage company. Customer service is unresponsive. I had repeatedly asked them to delete my client list from their server prior to the data breach. Eventually they assured me that they had done that. Two weeks later another salon had my entire list.

When books he purchased Genbook I kept some of the useful features.

Once Booksy took over, I lost my entire cancellation list. Several appointments did not make it in the changeover and I was double booked. They gave my entire client list to another, competing salon who began marketing to all 1500 clients

Stay Away if you value your Customers
Comentarios: Awful, frustrating, have definitely upset my clients over this unplanned switch from Genbook.
Puntos a favor:
I do like the option you can add forms as I'd like to get away from paper. I haven't used theirs as I'm looking for alternative software, but it was the one thing that appealed to me.
Puntos en contra:
As others have stated, there is zero customer support. They want you to watch their webinars...um seriously?? The chat people will say "hi" then maybe answer your question 10 hours later. If ever. There's really too many things that make this software the worst ever, just trust the bad reviews with recent ratings.

Over Charged My Bank Account

AWFUL!!!! This app has overcharged my bank account several times. I have tried to contact them several times and they will not get back with me. I have emailed them, called them and no response. I have been very patient. Still no response. Not even the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] will respond to me. Just shows the business ethic on their end and the lack of compassion towards the hairdressers that pay them to have their service. We as hairdressers are extremely busy. They billed me on the third of this month and then again on the 11th for $29. They also charged me $29 for messaging which I opted out of when I first got the app but they charged me anyway. So BEWARE OF THIS APP AND THE CHARGES! I have tried to erase my bank information and all other personal information, it will not let me erase my information. So now I have to call the bank and change bank cards. This is a HIGE HASSLE when I tried to be patient and nice about this on going issue for MONTHS! When you call you get blown off to the app chat line or asked to email them! COWARDS if you ask me!! Quick to take your money 💴 but hide when they make a mistake in taking too much mistakenly!

Booksy - for the Solo Barber
Comentarios: Great , easy to use product with some fantastic tools to make managing your business easier so you can focus on your customers.
Puntos a favor:
I love being able to manage my diary and appointments on the go, create stylish advertising content, get reviews to boost your Brand. The deposit scheme is great if no shows are causing issues for your shop, and I found I built better relationships with clients for tracking their info and keeping better notes.
Puntos en contra:
Sometimes making changes to working days / hours etc seems long winded and wasn't smooth running, but as long as you check carefully changes ae correct, I got there in the end.

No waitlist
Comentarios: Initially, it seemed they were very responsive and helpful. I tried the online chat and heard nothing but crickets when I followed up to a vague answer I received.
Puntos a favor:
Genbook was purchased by Booksy and I will say the migration of data was great. Booksy assigned a rep to me for a few weeks to help with the transition which was nice.
Puntos en contra:
I need a waitlist. Booksy claims they have one but it is virtually impossible to access which to me, means it does not exist. If you can’t find it easily, it’s useless. I’ve been told that improving that feature a top priority but I’m not holding my breath. Am already looking for another solution and I haven’t even been with them for 30 days

Almost Non-Existant Customer Service or Follow Through
Comentarios: Horrible. I'm guessing their software was ok... I was told at one point that someone from their support team would call me to go over the software features, but it's been almost 6 months and that hasn't happened. I'm just astounded that a company, who is there to help people like me run a business, which is my livelihood, would completely drop the ball and LITERALLY SHUT DOWN THEIR PHONE SUPPORT.

I had an account originally with Genbook (which I loved). They were bought out by Booksy. The only positive thing I can say is that they were able to transfer everything from Genbook to Booksy, so I didn't have to re-create any services.
Puntos en contra:
I literally could not get ANYONE on the phone to help when my account was migrated from Genbook. They completely... and I mean COMPLETELY... shut down their phone support. The absolute only option for support was their chat feature, and most of the time I had to wait days for a response, and one time I literally waited WEEKS for a response. There was no option to start a new chat conversation... I was just stuck with no answers, when trying to run my business.

Don't believe all those glowing reviews -- terrible online support and impossible to cancel.
Comentarios: Shop around! There's so many better booking sites out there with far better support and who won't try to make it impossible for you to cancel your subscription.

It's pretty straightforward as far as scheduling softwares go, but there's so many to choose from that are simple to use and have way better support.

I was using Genbook when it was bought by Booksy. I spent a fair amount of time working with the Booksy platform but there were numerous things that I didn't like about it that made me decide to switch to a different scheduling platform. That's when the real trouble began. First, they took down the account access page that would let you cancel your account online. So I called and got a nice young woman but she couldn't understand English well enough to get my email address correct to look up my account; then she said she was transferring me to someone else and disconnected me. So, I tried using their chat function even though when I was working with their platform, that had always been really REALLY SLOW... like they sometimes wouldn't respond for 45 minutes. Again, that happened. So I emailed them. Not expecting a response their either; so am going to cancel payment through my bank.
