La mejor herramienta para reseñas
Comentarios: Nos encanta lo fácil que se adaptó a Shopify, la fácil gestión de la herramienta en sí, y que cubre las necesidades básicas de reseñas que requerimos de la herramienta. Lo único que hemos notado es que el servicio a cliente a veces es lento y nos gustaría que tuviera más funciones en la versión gratuita.
Puntos a favor:
Es una herramienta muy sencilla de usar, instalar y gestionar. Ayuda a tener visibles las reseñas de los productos, para ayudar al cliente a hacer compras informadas y por lo tanto, tener una mejor experiencia de compra
Puntos en contra:
Que la versión premium tiene un costo algo elevado para nosotros, y la versión gratuita si está algo limitada

Comentarios: I have had a great experience. I think it is pretty awesome, and I am even using other apps of theirs due to this
Puntos a favor:
The best feature IMO is the use of the app for free up until the first 50 purchases.
Puntos en contra:
The least favorite was the inability to try some of the premium features, such as some of the review setup options, so some stuff I did not know if it was worth up[grading early to get.
Best bang for your buck!
Comentarios: Overall experience is excellent. Yotpo has driven much higher customer engagement and conversions.
Puntos a favor:
Yotpo beats other review services at this price point with easier integration, more customer engagement that converts to sales, and your traffic STAYS on your website!
Puntos en contra:
1) There is no 'bare bones' account option, so we are paying for many features we don't need.2) The system doesn't include multiple language support, so non-english reviews are mistakenly flagged for profanity.

Avoid! Their "Premium" is a Dumpster Fire.
Puntos a favor:
I did not like my experience with them. They overcharge and far underdeliver. They are all about sales.
Puntos en contra:
YOTPO was a complete disappointment and is not recommended. The birthday discount feature is a chaotic mess, causing issues with pricing, dates, and customer service. Support tickets lack basic functionality, the support portal is a security disaster, they sent me a login to a a rep, not a customer, and then just swept it under the rug. Contribution reports are unreliable. Their team even confirmed this! Their admin interfaces are a nightmare to navigate. If it was free the user interface would be terrible. For $$$$ is a joke! Too many confusing reps. A dumpster fire of code in the web reviews widget make matters worse. YOTPO's impact on site speed has been detrimental. The promised platform synergies are meh. SMS Bump is a usability disaster. Meetings with their team are a waste of time. Other platforms have proven to be far more beneficial, while YOTPO has only added frustration, complexity, and countless hours of troubleshooting. Avoid YOTPO at all costs.

I love the text messaging feature to notify my customers when I'm going live. I also use Yotpo to collect reviews and Yotpo makes it easy with a click of a button to directly post the review on the product.

I would love to see more free features like personalized emails for review collection.
