Comentarios: I have enjoyed working with AuditBoard and watching it grow over the years. They are quite kind and customer-centric.
Puntos a favor:
The most impactful feature for us has been reporting. We can report on how many controls have been tested, policy approval status, compliance effectiveness, issue management - to name a few. The best feature though is the support team that comes with the tool. AB team members really listen to ideas and hurdles and help guide their customers through.
Puntos en contra:
When we first implemented AuditBoard, not all modules "talked" to each other. However, AB listened to our needs, and now everything works together.

SOX Hub Experience
Comentarios: We have been using SOXHUB for a few months and have very happy with the ease of use they system provides. There are some basic functionality features (e.g. additional reporting capabilities, issue tracking, etc) I wish the system had immediately available, but I have been told some of these features are in the works. Overall, we are happy with the purchase thus far.

I was extremely impressed with AuditBoard's user-friendliness, efficiency, and comprehensive auditing capabilities. It enabled me to quickly and easily organize and review my data, and its visual features made the results understandable. Furthermore, AuditBoard allowed me to generate reports in various formats and customize and automate my workflow to save time. The customer service was also excellent, always being ready to answer my questions and provide support.

The AuditBoard team does an excellent job at answering any questions I have. Even after implementation they work to find innovative solutions for any issues that arise.
Puntos en contra:
Changes to the tool could be better communicated. For example, I am hoping to gain more clarity into the teams role functionality as opposed to the user role functionality. In addition, there is certain dashboard and analytic capability that we would like, but learned we cannot access unless we upgrade to an enterprise package. That is not possible for our size of a company.
