Comentarios: We have been using this system since 2003 and have been very pleased with the ease of use and efficiency that makes parking enforcement much easier. Equipment is up-to-date and reliable under all conditions. The few issues that we have had, have been taken care of quickly by tech support. Both tech support and customer service are top notch with very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are committed to provide the best service possible. We have not had a single issue over the years that could not be resolved one way or another.

Comentarios: Over all good value for the cost. Fairly easy to use. Web based is essential. Some things I'd like to see. More preloaded reports. Also on Google Chrome and Mozilla searches get suck and pull the same results when change criterial, particularly under enforcement. I'd also like customers to be able to call the 800/888 number with questions about the site it self or they did not receive their permit yet.
