In terms of value for money, Raklet packs in a lot. We’ve been able to handle membership management, donor and donation tracking, and even event planning all in one place. It’s saved us from juggling multiple tools, which has made things simpler and more cost-effective. One of the unexpected wins has been the task and project management features. They’ve helped us stay organised and keep everyone on track, especially when we’re working across different teams. Membership information wasn't accurate. Members could join without submitting a payment method so we would need to take extra time to follow up. Members who needed to renew would sometimes get reminder emails and some would not. Some would get reminders when no balance due. It caused a lot of frustration from our members resulting in a lot of extra time on our end. The member experience caused a poor reflection on us. The text messaging system is worthless. I would pay to be able to do this and they would never reach our members. Additionally, the customer support is horrible. Members of my team would reach out and never hear back. It wasn't until I said we were canceling our account that we received regular responses. It was a bad experience and we've since found a better solution. > > As I mentioned above, this was not a good experience.
