This makes learning a new system difficult. > > We have had a positive experience with Bright HR and are glad that we decided to switch our HR and payroll over. Despite this, we were still paying for the software while being unable to use it. Due to our business facing serious financial difficulties — including a company going bankrupt and owing us a significant amount of money — we had no option but to cancel the contract. I explained this situation to BrightHR and asked if it would be possible to exit the contract under the circumstances. I would like to specifically commend three members of staff: \[sensitive content hidden\]. When I became upset, they remained professional, friendly, and extremely sympathetic. They took the time to listen carefully to my situation and genuinely did everything they could to help. They truly went above and beyond with their support, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they personally provided.
