It has good UX for employees and on the administrative side. Lattice Grow is a great feature that incorporates in to employee 1:1's and also the performance review cycle

Lattice - Love It
Comentarios: Great! We love it and look forward to adding more functionality into Lattice especially focused on HRIS.

Goal management is easy. Performance management is fast and effective. 1:1 functionality is great. Grow module makes it easy to find what is next for our team members.
Puntos en contra:
Some reporting aspects of OKRs. I have to export it into Excel and filter it to get the information I need. Feedback and recognition seem to be a bit more subdued than they could be. Challenges with different exchange rates broke our merit cycle. We had to calculate this outside of Lattice. I cannot wait to have group meeting functionality that mimics 1:1s.
Lattice is a powerful employee performance platform
Comentarios: Lattice was a brilliant tool for us as a fast growing startup operationalising so many of the critical people operations initiatives. It is unfortunate that they didn't implement the HRIS quicker to stop us churning to consolidate our stack.
Puntos a favor:
We chose Lattice because of the fantastic integration Lattice had with Slack. Lattice pulse surveys were delivered via slack making this extremely easy for employees to respond to and engagement. As soon as we implemented, our participation exploded and the team were thankful. Lattice UI/UX was brilliant and we also particularly liked their 1 on 1 feature powering high quality 1 on 1s across the business.
Puntos en contra:
Unfortunately, Lattice was only performance management and we really wanted to consolidate our tools into a more vertically integrated stack. Lattice didn't have an HRIS capability at the time which meant we needed to continue using BambooHR and this added cost and complexity to our people stack at the time. They also had a very limited response capability to pulse which is something we really missed after moving from Officevibe.

That you cannot talk to anyone when you have an issue. It is hard to try and explain and issue in an email. Recently had to send 15 emails to get a situation fixed.
Technology Company 1 year review
Comentarios: Overall it has been great, it takes a good year, and reminders, to get staff and managers to utilize the tools it offers. But once they start using the system they enjoy and get value from it. This was particularly obvious during review periods where a lot of the needed information was already available in the goals and one-on-one meetings.

There have been a few custom reports or tweaks that would be nice. Lattice is linked directly to our HRIS and we can not make changes in Lattice that are not in the HRIS - Example, if we wanted a person to be a shared manager or supervisor in Lattice, but did not want to make that change in HRIS.

Great Performance Management Product
Comentarios: Once their HRIS and payroll products come to life, they will be tough competition in the HR Technology space.
Puntos a favor:
1) Usability: Easy to use for both admin and users. 2) Feedback and Improvement: Unlike some companies where feedback goes into a black hole in the universe, Lattice takes client feedback seriously, and we've seen our input applied to improve and enhance all products. Customer service is also excellent. 3) Customer Service: Although it is a ticketing system, all Livechat Agents and the Customer Care email team are responsive and knowledgeable. They even follow-up to make sure your questions are adequately addressed. 4) User Interface: Easy to navigate
Puntos en contra:
We were promised a roll-out for one of the products, but it never happened due to a reorg. However, the product is back on the roadmap, so very excited to see this happen. This is minor, but some products could be a bit more user intuitive.

Comentarios: Phenomenal support team and a fabulous product.

It's an incredibly intuitive tool with a plethora of support documents and trainings available for employees. We particularly love the feedback tool and it's a one-stop shop for all employees to view org chart, feedback, talent review, company goals & initiatives, and more.

I love Lattice's customer service the most. Their team of experts really know the product and spend time with you to make sure you become an expert too!

Some things aren't perfect. I wish that you could download a report of everyone who is a manager. Some of the customizations abilities when making your own templates are limited as well so you have to get creative.

Lattice is very easy to use and their customer support is stellar. Not only does the HR team love it but employees say it is the best system they have ever used too!

From time to time there are little glitches. But nothing the customer service team can not assist with. If there is no work around to a problem we can leave product feedback and it is taken seriously.

I love the ease of use. When I joined the firm, I had no training in Lattice, but was able to easily navigate.

There currently isn't the ability to upload documents with a review or with feedback.

We use lattice for company and individual goal setting. I like that it creates a transparent way to share goals; I can see everyone's goals and they can see mine. This is great to track progress for growth/promotion reasons and it keeps me accountable. This also gives me a view into goals across departments so I gain more insight into the overall business.

My least favourite thing about lattice is the UI itself. I do not always find its pathways clear, and therefore, navigating can be tricky.

I like the intuitive platform lattice provides for all user experience. The data insights are very powerful in driving engagement and usage.
