We built out a tagging system based on how overdue things are (30 days, 60 days, on payment plans, or disputed) which makes it dead simple to focus on the urgent stuff first. > > **Desventajas**: The phone app works fine for basics but missing some of the desktop functionality I'd want when I need to check on accounts away from my computer. > > Coming up on a year using this for collections and accounts receivable. Our collection rates are genuinely better - stuff doesn't fall off our radar anymore so we're actually getting paid quicker.
