When systems don't hold rooms throughout the reservation process, users who are still "in process" will get errors when the rooms are no longer available. > > **Desventajas**: The reservations tab and searching for a reservation are glitchy sometimes. > > Our CVB contracted with Meetingmax in 2018. We switched due to our former housing software provider not meeting expectations. Meetingmax solved all of those issues and we have not had those issues since. Meetingmax customer service rep \[sensitive content hidden\] \& Help Desk are always ready to help and go above and beyond. The software works as it should. No complaints. Invoicing is on point. It's very well organized on the backend and aesthetically pleasing on the front end, which makes it a good user experience for all involved. Outside of the software, I value the community they've built by hosting their annual Unconvention - the ability to connect and network with other housing managers is a huge value that sets Meetingmax above the rest. > > **Desventajas**: I would love more cross event reporting options - the reporting is great on an event by event basis, but it would be nice to be able to pull detailed reports across multiple events (annual reports for all events, hotel reports for all events, year by year comparison reports for repeat events, etc.) > > Overall, I've had a great experience with the Meetingmax team and software.
