After evaluating various products, we ultimately chose openRMA. Our experience with their customer support, installation, and testing was seamless. The software functioned perfectly right from day one, and the implementation process was straightforward. Having everything in a consistent format makes the data easy to parse and gives us information we can actually use to manage workloads, identify trends, and make decisions. The customer portal has also helped us scale. As we add customers, we can quickly direct them to the portal and give them a consistent way to submit and track requests. Right now, forms have to be edited in a desktop editor and then sent to the OpenRMA team for verification and uploading.
