> **Puntos a favor**: We have used it for over two years; it was easy to implement between Salesforce and QuickBooks.  And a major advantage is their very personal and hands-on customer service.  Vishnu Prasad, our most recent Avankia partner, helped troubleshoot some issues we had that I believe occurred due to our major server upgrades and the adjusting tweaks that needed to be made.  He also created two small additional reports in Salesforce for me to check on status.  Love them\!
