We have been asking for a refund for 6+ months for fees they took out post cancellation. Do not do business with them. The software did not work as designed, they kept claiming things would change. We ended our contract in writing, within terms, they continued to collect money post term. We emailed and escalated to the team and they acknowledged they messed up but they cannot figure out a way to reimburse us. I even escalated this to their \[sensitive content hidden\] who never responded to me nor acknowledged my email.
