Super easy for customers to book in classes and pay memberships online. Very user friendly. It looks good and modern. Timetables, classes and memberships are all easy to change if necessary. It’s all one screen, not having to divert onto different areas of the software. The home screen is easy to see who’s owing, messages etc. The back office area, is straight forward to get the reports needed. Overall we love the software and how straight forward it all is\! There’s an online chat/conversation that you can pose a question about something on your software and you’ll get a reply super quick, in a friendly helpful way. We are very pleased to have now been able to integrate our DD payments with ClubPay giving us a fully managed soft wear system. This has saved us time and money and the support from the ClubRight team has been second to none. > > **Desventajas**: The only issue I have encountered is deleting old membership plans from back of house reporting, but we found a work around by changing the membership title. > > 100% Positive, the team are on hand to help iron out any problems and are always coming up with new tools and features to better the service on offer. They needed to check something, canceled the onboarding, and I had to email several times only to be told they didn’t know yet if they could help us, but we should wait while they chased it up. No problem—months wasted—and we never even received a phone call with an update. This all started in July. Now we’re in December, and they’ve gone completely silent. No replies to emails. But, and this is where it gets interesting, they’re still charging us every month, despite clearly not delivering the service and despite being explicitly asked to cancel the subscription and refund us.
