A Great Automation Tool for the Progressive Accounting Team
Puntos a favor:
The ability to set up multiple user groups and automation workflows, this paired really well with the OCR capabilities so our departmental payment requests have improved in the accuracy of their coding. Additionally being able to take our entire Accounts Payable process from a physical to cloud based process has been very helpful.
Puntos en contra:
Currently there are some small quips in the software that cause some headaches, but we are grateful for the support at Yooz to help us get passed these.

Good Overall Experience with Yooz, but Needs Simplification and Better Workflow Clarity

No option to cancel my submission, it has to be rejected by the approver and thus cause delays. The application doesn't show the proper workflow. Also, difficult to track the Yooz request and the PO due to different naming

Comentarios: It is simpler interface compared to Salesforce requisition

Easy to use Interface. Everything is visible in one page (i.e the Request profile like name, entity, vendor, currency vs the Request cost line items)

Too many Yooz numbers for a request. The number that is seen in the begnining cannot be tracked back once the PO is generated. For eg: a POR is requested (Yooz number 1). Then a PO is generated (Yooz number 2). Then an invoice is processed against this PO (Yooz number 3) etc.. Cannot Forsee the approval flow.
It's ok, needs some work.

Quick and easy to use. Really like being able to follow the approval history to see where it stands.

Should have an owner that gets notifications. The creator is not always the owner. Remove the creator from having to approve in the process.

Comentarios: I use it on a weekly basis to approve and manage incoming invoices. I like the fact we can forward and send back with comments. Also the fact we can automate approval flows

The search functionality is not prominent enough, missing the value it has to check on all operations done in Yooz regarding invoices.

I think what I like the most is the support team. They have been so helpful in setting me up, getting us running, and troubleshooting. It's been easy to learn and the accounting has been accurate.

When software changed from Yooz Only to Yooz Rising, I liked the added features of impersonating, and that the layout can be changed.

There is a lot of room for improvement with the "rising" software. The documents are not read better by the OCR, sometimes the documents flip to the wrong angle for unknown reasons (we've had meetings that have not resolved this) duplicates are not always caught

Comentarios: Whenever companies change systems, there is pushback. People like it the old way. Not me, Yooz works for my staff, department and agency and saves us so much time.

The invoices are really small when they are captured. A magnifier option would be great. I have to see specifics sometimes and it is hard to view

YOOZ AP Automation
Comentarios: It has helped tremendously with our AP processing. I have been able to increase productivity and accuracy and save money by not having to hire additional personnel. The company is very customer oriented and helpful.

Customer support is great. The implementation process was easy and the staff was very accomodating. We had many issues during our implementation and they were patient and quick with changes. They offered options for ways to organize and set things up. It is most likely not the best AP automation software but the price point was great and did the trick for us. We have a very difficult ERP system to work with and they managed to integrate it very well. They also brought in a customer that used our same accounting software to explain to us how they integrated the program and went out of their way to make sure that we knew what we were getting. Whenever there was any issue, they called in someone to help right away.

Not always user intuitive but once you get the hang of the program, it is easy. In the beginning of the implementation, we were moved from person to person but once we settled in, it worked well.

Yooz is essential
Comentarios: Overall Yooz has been responsive and been good but could use some more resources in their support model.
Puntos a favor:
Being able to automate the retention of documents and details is a game changer. We used to manually scan invoices and this process never was consistent and had holes in the process. Now With Yooz we can be assured all backup is retained and this helps control and management of expense
Puntos en contra:
This biggest trouble was the in the begging the learning process for having invoices OCR and getting the correct info to come through to the system. Still has some room for improvement but AI always is getting better.
Our company has used this product for a year. It has greatly increased invoice entry production .
Comentarios: Ease of use and implementation into existing programs.
Puntos a favor:
Memory features of the program allow ease of forwarding and coding of invoices. Reading incoming invoices is extremely easy.

Invoices with poor fonts do not get captured well. Some Vendor code recognition features could use some program updating.

Overall a good software, there is a lot of automation and also the great OCR tool with a lot graphic

The OCR quality is great and good automation overall when you talk about the uploading files with lot of different options to upload. Great flexibility about customization and personal support.

OCR issues picking wrong amounts, non availability of APIs with Dynamics, customer support can be improved. backward integration with ERPs to enter in just one and get information in the other.

For the most part I love using Yooz. They provide exactly customer service.

I like the idea of less paperwork. It saves space in filing and searching for the document if need be, is very easy to too.
Puntos en contra:
It does take longer to post the invoices, but that out ways itself with the other functions that it provides like saving documents and searching for documents with very little information.

Great Up to Date/Moderm Software and Customer Support - Really puts AP Software into a new GEN
Comentarios: Overall the team has been great and really worked with us to make customization happen. A++

Love the OCR/AI features of this software and the ease of import documents. When we enter invoices, about half of the items are already coded or recognized!
Puntos en contra:
AP reporting could use some improvements and OCR some fine tweaking but overall no major complaints. Yooz has been great!
