They also make it easy to create a custom URL and pay for it included with their standard fees. Because they’re domain experts, they know I need pages for my monthly minutes, a member directory, and other resources that allow me to migrate all of our community’s legacy services onto 1 platform going forward. I’m impressed how easy their tool is to use to set up, design and deploy, including their self service knowledge base and live chat for those times when I was stumped. Their customer support and turn around time is impressive, too\! > > **Desventajas**: As a result of using commercial off the shelf software, our unique requirements for 1 minor item had to be updated to match what is offered in the platform. It’s not the end of the world, just an update to our business processes. It's been a good value for the subscription price and I have to say one of the best features is that they helped migrate our current website over to HOA Express. I have found that the customer service team has been readily available to assist. > > I'm very happy with the transition and the product.
