The features available continue to impress me - they have thought of everything. They are incredibly open to new feature ideas and suggestions - which I love\! This software really is a gamechanger\! I have used many different products to run dance schools over the years but this truly brings together class management, class registers, trials, website integration, payments, communications etc. Many dance schools steer away from software as they work in term time only. The software manages voided dates to cater for half terms, holidays etc - great\! Parents can login to their own area and see agreements, classes enrolled, documents, report absences etc - again brilliant\! A very comprehensive package at a very reasonable price irrespective of your school size. No glitches or issues so far. As some one who has developed large website and online software - I know that there has been a huge amount of investment and development is this - Well done guys\! > > **Desventajas**: When I signed up, I was somewhat uncomfortable with there not being any specific telephone support, particularly for onboarding. It took me a little while to get to grips with platform, and I am still learning, but I will say that there email support is excellent with a very quick response. Having now got used to the setup and support methods, I certainly cannot complain. This concern is no longer an issue as the software works very well with a lot of video tutorials and super fast response to support emails if required, sometimes replied to by one the company \[sensitive content hidden\] > > Excellent Software, highly effective and would without doubt recommend 100%\! Most likely one of the best school/club management platforms around, also being highly competitive on pricing. Introduce a referral scheme guys, I would have no issues recommending\! Have no interest in trying anything new as Coacha has it all\! > > **Desventajas**: I would say it’s needs a way for non clients to do one off courses or events but not sign up for an account, so a link to pay and click to agree to t\&c photos etc but not be a signed up client. Would love for the phone app for parents to include the store and send reminders for payments as a notification or add messages as a notification.
