Comentarios: Let me put this to the point: Business problems solved- Chat volumes have gone down AND Call volumes have equally gone down, which means our customers dont find the need to call us, they are able to figure out the answers to their queries using the bot. Benefits realised- Lesser chat volume per agent, better Quality as the process time per call increases with lesser call volume.
Puntos a favor: The FAQ based navigation across the whole website is a whole new concept in itself. The tool also has an analytics feature built in, to help track "Whom we lost and where we lost them, if any AND whom we locked and how we locked them, if any". From a purely business perspective, this has led to lesser live chat volumes coming in. From a technical perspective, this tool goes beyond merely being a chat bot.
Contras: The tool is not mature yet. It needs a whole lot of tweaks and the AIRIM team has been constantly at work, to get all these changes done. And as always, people learn from mistakes or from feedbacks, thats how the learning curve is. Hope they bring us the best with all the feedbacks given to them personally.

Puntos a favor: UI design is simple awesome , very user-friendly , we can customize our own way I strongly recommend to friends to use this product
Contras: Main thing is image, if image is square shape it must be fixed in circle, but it's not fixing , it's taking square only, overall great

The fact that this is pretty much a self-configure and self-manage tool and you as a business owner can decide on how to create and structure the user journey to meet your business goals. If used creatively, Airim can help unlock great value both, to the users and to the business.
The analytics dashboard gives simple and clear actionable insights that can be used to refine the process of information discovery for the users.
Contras: Nothing glaring to complain about. However, the UI can be made a bit more slick to give a sense of premiumness to the product.
