It is easy to learn how to use and we can switch easily between our two restaurants within the same app. There are rarely any issues with the software and orders and table status are updates live across all devices, meaning that I can even see all the live tables from my phone when at home. OpenTable is not the cheapest booking system but when customers book through your own network (your own website) it costs a lot less. Any staff who are permitted to make changes can have their own log in for security reasons. It is easy to communicate with customers and message them if necessary - the advantage of customers ticking a box to allow contact for marketing is very useful too. > > **Desventajas**: The cost involved when customers book through the OpenTable network.
