Reminder for my schedule task

Comentarios: I really like to use Any.do as my main organizer to keep up with all my schedule task and event that are assign for me. Its sleek and minimal design let me focus on task on hand and not distracted from too cluttered dashboard design that other software do.

Puntos a favor:

Any.do is really impactful for me in managing my list of daily task that i need to complete. All the tasks can be categorized into my personal task or my work task, and separate it into specific folder so it won't mix and induce confusion. Adding other media like picture and audio help me to be more accurate on the task details.

Puntos en contra:

I would love to have a integration with my Microsoft calendar as it is my main calendar that i use in my desktop computer. It will help me to organized my time and event in my calendar easier as i only need to check it from one application.

Increase productivity with Any.do

Any.do serves as my personal assistant, alerting me to all of my unfinished tasks and daily agenda through push notification on either phone or desktop notice on my desktop. Adding scheduled events to my calendar and syncing them with different platforms such as Calendar Events and Telegram reminders helps me manage my time effectively.

Puntos en contra:

Colored tags and tabs, for example, are less helpful features provided in the premium plan. For the subscription version, they should offer more advanced functionality, such as cloud storage for my notes and documents. It would be more beneficial to the user than colourful tags. The mobile version of the site isn't quite as excellent as the desktop version.

Nice features Bad service

Comentarios: I have tried to reach them three now but they are just not responding. I would say it a good product but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone cauz if you'll pace some troubles there will be no one there to support you.

I have used the mobile app for 6 months and all was great. The app is quite easy to use and very dynamic so it fits very well to my life rhythm.

Puntos en contra:

After a while, I had some issue with the email validation so I turned to the support.. You can reach them only by email. Very cold and unfriendly respond AND not only the didn't help all of my list and tasks got blackout... Such a disaster, about 100 tags ware gone.

Comentarios: Overall I had a pretty pleasant experience using Any.do.

What I liked most about Any.do is how many other programs it integrates with. Being able to sync across as many programs as Any.do does is fantastic.

Puntos en contra:

What I liked least about Any.do was how extremely limited the free version is. If you want access to all the features, such as label colors or just any form of customization at all, you will have to purchase the full version and pay monthly or yearly on it.

Work great managing daily to-do list

Comentarios: Any.do dashboard interface is the best, as it keep a minimalist design and not filling it with to much unnecessary design. Installing it to my phone will let me to set the reminder to send a push-up notifications for the reminder that i has set on the computer. It also can be integrated with my google calendar and all my reminder can be manageable in one place.

Puntos a favor:

Planning and managing my daily schedule and to-do list is the best with this software. Adding and new task or reminder to the list just need a single click, and i can choose the task priorities or add time reminder to it. It really help me plan my day and making sure i am not forgetting anything important for that day.

Puntos en contra:

I have issue with the customer service, as the response time is too long and no option for a quick chat with the customer service team. I need to wait for a few days, if not week for them to contacting me back regarding to my email. Apart of that, the software is working very well and has help me with my daily work.

Comentarios: Any.do will remind me for any unfinished task, event or to-do list that i have set in my scheduler. Managing my time with Any.do has really improve my time management and let me know which task that i need to prioritized first based on the due date that i have set. Overall, i am pretty satisfied with this software.

Puntos a favor:

Any.do is like my personal assistant, it will notify all my incomplete task and my daily schedule thru push notification on my mobile device or desktop notification on my computer. Adding schedule event on my calendar and synchronized it to multiple platform like Google Calendar and WhatsApp reminder keep me efficient in managing my time.

Puntos en contra:

There are some less useful feature that are included on the premium plan, such as colored tags and tabs. They should add more useful feature for the paid version, like cloud storage that can be storing my notes and document. It would benefiting user more than a colored tags. The mobile version is not as good as desktop version.

Any.do is a top-notch and game-changer platform to organize tasks and help us to keep on track. It send reminders, and this enables us to set reminders for tasks. It also was to share the to-do list and tasks with our colleagues. Intuitive UI makes it easy for users to create and manage their tasks effectively. Calendar integration and the ability to collaborate with others is magnificent.

Puntos en contra:

Should implement on constant features update. This will help to unfold new features. Also some more apps integrations would be nice.

Any.do is easy to use and setup. It includes all the functionality that you expect from a task management app that you want to use either for personal tasks or team work. Setting it up and integrating with Google calendar and some other tools was straight forward without any issues.

Puntos en contra:

Free version is limited however still useful for personal tasks. Integration with some apps might be a bit challenging but not hard.

if you just need an app to manage your to-do list, this app is a great solution and is one of the few that delivers a kanban view in the free versioneasy to use and visibly pleasant, not too many distracting interventions

I felt it could have more task classification functions with different color statuses, more tags in the free version (it only offers one), and some customization possibilities that help identify priorities or cluster the tasks

Comentarios: Any.do is a real helper. You won't forget a thing, unless you chose to ignore.

I like the smartness of Any.do. Tasks can be organized by grouping and tagging them. There is a sync feature to help me work from everywhere. It's fun and helpful when I receive in time, a notification on my phone, reminding me of an task I created a different gadget sometime ago. When you type a reminder to call or text someone, Any.do will suggest the contacts for you after clicking the first few letters and will give you a one click option to call the contact when a pop up reminder comes. Any.do gives you the option to choose what times to be reminded and the times it gives are like magic. It saves time a great deal. Any.do is so resistant when it comes to being killed in the background due to battery saver. It never dies. It will pop-up when other reminders have failed to remind you. On this, I chose to stay with Any.do for life. The snooze feature of the app is amazing too. You gives you the most used snooze times plus an option for custom snooze time. Another wonderful feature is that you can print the list of your tasks on pdf and share with anyone or have them printed and pasted on your noticeboard in your office or in your bedroom. Any.do will also let you chose a routine time everyday where you can sit and plan your day by typing your tasks and events. The at the end of the day, it reports to you how many tasks you've completed and how many you've failed or postponed. You can evaluate yourself and see what a procrastinator you are.

Puntos en contra:

The widgets for Any.do cannot be adjusted on transparency. I wish this was looked into. Any.do would also be much greater if it could automatically detect date and time in the typed text on a task and regard it as reminder time.

Effective for daily task usage

Any.do is a software that are specially created for managing a daily task, to-do list and repetitive task. It has work very excellent on those aspect. I love that they didn't occupy the dashboard interface with heavy graphic design and keep the interface simple. I also use it as a place to store all my work notes.

Puntos en contra:

Sometimes, the feature of Any.do is too light that i can't use it to manage some of more complex task that i have. I will need to switch to other task management software that can support the complexity of the task, and it not effective to keep switching on the software. It would be great if Any.do can improve the task management tools and feature.

Any.do - Simple and Effective

Comentarios: Any.do gives me the ability to manage tasks in a simple interface that works flawlessly across all of my devices. It interfaces with Siri and Alexa and has a Plan My Day feature that is very helpful to the way I work my lists. This is the one app that has never locked up or dumped my data.

Puntos a favor:

I love the strong focus on making to-do lists manageable and keeping the interface simple. I have been frustrated by other apps that try to cram everything into the design, Any.do keeps it simple and that makes it easy to use. It installs with clear presets but allows you as much customization as you need - it really should work with virtually any time-management philosophy. I can also use it on virtually every device I own - the stupid PC at work, my macs, my iPad, my iPhone, etc.

Puntos en contra:

It is hard to find cons to talk about with Any.do. I don't like that there are only two color schemes available in the base app. I am also having a little difficulty with the calendar but I think that might be a user issue instead of a software problem. Recurring tasks would be nice, but I think I'll upgrade to Premium so I can have a couple of things that I need.

Good Task Management software

Comentarios: I like Any.do for its flexibility when creating tasks and reminders as I don't have to fill useless fields.

Any.do is a excellent software to manage your projects and keep up with your daily schedule. You can use it as your daily planner and its reminder feature will always give you alert in time. You can also use it to assign tasks to other team members and keep a tab on their progress. It also allows you to split your project in sub tasks which makes it easy for you to focus an gey things done in time thus increasing productivity. It calendar view gives you an overview of all your task.

Puntos en contra:

Though its free version has many limitations due to many features missing, but with Any.do premium version, you have nothing to complain about.

Great task planner

Puntos a favor:

Planning and managing my daily activities and task with Any.do is the best thing that this software can offer. The calendar structure and how they appear make the task management is easy to arrange and to see my overall task for that day. Can be use both for work and personal objective.

Puntos en contra:

There are no option to add a sub-task on the main task. I am forced to have a separate task board for all of the task, and group the task to have a somewhat similar to a sub-task. It is not efficient, but it serve the purpose for now.

Checklist software that is easy to use

I really like uisng Any.do as my personal checklist software because the checklist structure is really the best, and the dashboard design is very simple and not clogged. It is please to the eyes especially when i using it quite regularly everyday.

Puntos en contra:

Not many service or software that can be integrated or connected with Any.do, which is a shame as this software will be a great additional for the project management software that i currently are using.

A good planner with some really nice functions

Comentarios: It is really good. i actually use any.do for the daily moments and to do for the integration with my ooutlook calendar. Any.do is more user friendly with less options to control. but the free ones get the job done perfectly

Any.do is very like microsoft TO DO in that it helps you organize your daily life. It depends on the characteristics that someone is looking if one is better than the other. TO DO is easier between both, but Any.do has a better widget system for your selphone integrated into your calendar. One of the best features is the ANY DO MOMENT. It puts your screen white and tells you one by one each assigment to be done the day with the option to change it or move it to another day, ending with a really nice quote of motivation. besides planing your schedule, it helps you organize groceries, tasks, moments, almost anything. The groceries area is amazing. It will help you to know next time which products to buy, and you dont have to keep a list on paper. I do think that an integraton of functionalities between both aps would make an amazing app

Puntos en contra:

The payment. There are a lot of characteristics hidden behind a paywall, whcih i understand because its a third party product that needs funding. The integration with outlook would make it better and easier. And the integration with other apps has to be done with a third party app that has to be paid as well so it could be expensive.

Plan your daily task with Any.do

Any.do is really helpful in planning and managing my daily task and the notification system will give notification both on my phone and my computer for any task that i had set previously. The add-ons and widget feature is really unique and different that any other To-Do software.

Puntos en contra:

Any.do will be more interesting and fun to use it daily if they can provide more customization on the color, layout and the font that user can change themself in this software. I use this software daily and if i can change they total appearance of this software every month, it will be more interesting.

My daily reminder app

I was looking for some time an easy app that will allow me to add tasks with a reminder at any time at any place. I found Any.do and now I'm using it for a few years. It allows me to add tasks and reminders whenever they pop into my mind just by using my phone.

Puntos en contra:

Setting the reminder time, at some cases is not clear and you might end up with just adding the task without the reminder timing. That will require you to reopen the task and set the reminder timing. It can be improved.

Comentarios: My day starts with any.do for about 4 years now and it's awesome.

This is a great app (even just the free version) that helps you organize your everyday life and makes sure you don't forget anything. You can set recurring tasks, events, reminders, due dates. Notifications and alarms keeps you awake all the time.

Puntos en contra:

The features are limited for free version. It would be great to have integration with other project management tools and I would love to see integration with Evernote too.

Comentarios: Clean simple, easy-to-use app. It really can make everything easier to do.

Puntos a favor:

I mostly use any.do for personal use, but it would easily work well for any business. It's a beautiful, clean app that does what it says it's going to do. The grocery list auto sort is crazy helpful. The morning check-in heads up is really handy for helping to set your priorities for the day.

Puntos en contra:

There's nothing significant to complain about. It all works well. Maybe if there's one thing, the check-in after meetings - I have some recurring ones that I never want to be questioned about afterwards.
